This place was pretty great. They were super nice, although one of the servers was very stressed out. I worked in the food... service industry for years and I would advise that young lady to never let them see you sweat But I don't blame her. It can betough sometimes. Food was pretty good. Bacon was just a little bit undercooked. That's why I docked them a star. It was like, onthe border of raw and I prefer crispy. So overall though man, it's a great place. You should support them. Really enjoyed Pork Belly's! The menu had plenty of options. Our server was very attentive. The Cowboy Tots were amazing. Both... of our meals were plenty large and were pretty good. I had the Pork Master and it was tasty, but the pork seemed a bit dry andit didn't have the pickles that were in the description. This is the only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars. In Cedar City for the Shakespeare Festival and read positive reviews for Pork Belly?s. Clean spot and relatively empty (little... early, pre-play) for a Friday night. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with fries and my wife had the BLTA and tots. My tri-tip wasseasoned beautifully in pepper. The pepper in each bite played well off the BBQ sauce that dressed the sandwich. My wife likedher BLTA but the tots were a bit on the tepid side. Sarah our waitress was very nice. {Word to the wise - they serve Pepsiproducts - consider yourself warned. Hands down best food in Cedar City!!! Everything was delicious. We all ordered something different and shared with each other.... This is the only place I know of that serves Funeral Potatoes and they are amazing!!!! They have a vast menu from breakfast todinner and it?s all delicious. Oh man, where do so begin! Absolutely amazing! Delicious! I think, hands down this is the best breakfast I have ever had! I... ordered the Breakfast enchiladas, and oh my get in my belly, best Chile verde shredded pork ever! I cannot rave enough howdelicious my meal was, the flavors just explode in your mouth. The food was yummy. We were really bummed we missed the breakfast. Their French Toast sounded amazing. We had their Tri Tip... sandwich. It was really good, especially with the bbq sauce. We also had the nachos, which were good but I would get as a maincourse. They are good to share. The fried corn was delicious. Wow !! I really enjoyed eating this place. My partner and I stopped at Cedar City for lunch and I?m glad we stumbled here at... Pork Belly?s. He got the Jacked Up (pulled pork) and I got the Lumberjack (tri-tip), both sandwiches. I enjoyed the sides aswell. Great service too! Read more
