Horrible horrible experience. I?ve been to this location three times in the 12 months I?ve lived in Cedar. I don?t know how this... place manages to screw things up so bad, but they do. Every time I?ve been in, they screwed up some little part of my order. Notto mention they seem to burn the beans! What the hell are they doing to cause that?? I taste burned coffee regardless if I ordera drip coffee or macchiato. Never again will I be returning here. The other Starbucks in town doesn?t screw things up this bad.I?m told this location is a franchise location. Excellent selection of beans not available at the local standing Starbucks? Don't understand why corporate Starbucks is empty,... shelves empty, no desire to sell anything other than oat milk lattes. The stores inside grocery stores are becoming more andmore reminiscent of the old Starbucks we all loved. Read more
The staff here are super rude. I have health conditions that prevent me from being able to have many foods and I am prone to... migraines. With this being the case, you can imagine my drink orders can be a little complex, but every time my husband goes toget me a drink he brings it written down in order to make it easier for everyone. The staff here openly mock me and make fun ofme to him and each other for me ?being extra? when it?s not even my fault I have to order a certain way. I need coffee to helpwith my migraines because I already take an astronomical amount of pain medication daily, but I can?t have regular coffeebecause it makes me sick etc. We just really got a bad taste in our mouths from having this experience, and not just once, butmultiple times from several different employees. We?ve just stopped going there or even acknowledging it?s an option altogether. Read more
