I like tropical smoothies cafe's food, but this location has bad service. My wife and I went at 7 PM on 11/12 and when we showed... up the workers didn't address us as we stood there for a couple of minutes waiting to order, they just kept on walkingaround. One of them walked around and her coworker scared her causing her to scream really loud. Why are you messing aroundwhen customers are waiting? Once we order our food they didn't ask us what flavor of chips we wanted and just gave us basicones. There were no napkins or straws out to use, the containers were empty. The food took a long time (usual for all tropicalsmoothie cafes) but the flatbread my wife got was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Man the food and smoothies are really good here but the last two times I came here I went through the drive through and it took... forever!!!! I don?t know if they?re short handed or what but this last time I was sitting in the drive through line for 40minutes and it is not worth the wait. I wish there was a lane to exit the driveway but there is t one so I was stuck waiting. SoI ended up turning off my car twice to save gas. I could have driven to a further location and still received my food soonerthan this location. Read more

Clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The smoothie was green and healthy, yet delicious. Fresh... ingredients take time to put together, premixed ingredients are usually full of sugar. The flatbread was killer, with real grillmarks giving it an authentic street food flavor. I love Tropical Smoothie. But this particular establishment has been dreadful everytime. Forgotten salsa, no napkins, burned... quesadillas, smoothies made incorrectly, employees that are unwilling to remake smoothies that werent made correctly. Today wasa special experience. The smoothie that I ordered was terrible. The girl that made it was new and she most definitely made itwrong. I've had it dozens of times. This smoothie was not edible. Then the staff was hostile toward me because I complained andthen they made me pay full price for another smoothie! No apologes made, no discounts given, no satisfaction guarentee, they didnot even acknowledge that it was their mistake... Will not return to this particular tropical smoothie. The service was fast...but food was awful. Management needs to work on the food and attitudes of the employees there. Read more
Quick and tastes really good! The workers are always nice and their smoothies are the bomb! I?m just really glad they are open... later than some places because I get off work late! Definitely recommend the Kiwi Quencher when it?s out!! And their sandwichesare really good too! Read more
Smoothies are great. Drive through great. And seriously ???? y?all have to understand styrofoam cup is plastic, your lid is... plastic, and your straw is paper and dissolves like a wet napkin. Makes zero sense. Just make everything you don?t eat out of???? corn. Zero plastic, zero paper. While the smoothies taste good, the experience of drinking the smoothie is a 1/5 stars. Read more
Incredible service! Our server Bosco was just outstanding. The staff was friendly the place was clean. A bit on the pricey side... for a college student however if you got coupons which we had it made the whole place awesome! Read more
