Several times within the past couple months of going through the drive through at this Wendy?s location has resulted in orders... not being complete. Bad attitudes of employees when these errors have been pointed out. The service at this location has becomevery poor over the last year or so. This used to be the best place in town for fast food. I love Wendy's breakfast. But I doubt I'll be able to eat it for a while after biting into a breakfast potato wedge and tasting... mold. I immediately had to spit it out. We all know what mold smells/tastes like. Not a great experience. Read more
The hours posted for Drive-thru say they are open until 1 AM on Google and I know they have been open until then in the past as... I have ordered there at midnight but now they keep closing early at 11 despite the posted time being 1 AM. Either they need toupdate their hours or they need new closing staff that doesn?t close early. If the hours have changed that?s is verydisappointing as they were one of the few place one could go before working nights or for midnight snacking. Also the newerstaff need a better attitude. Every time we are in Cedar City we go to this Wendy's. They are usually pretty good and get our order mostly right. This is a... good accomplishment given that our group is very big. This particular Wendy's is usually busy and almost always gets my order right. The dining room is open again so that's a plus.... I've had a bad experience once but don't hold it against them, overall I have been happy. Read more
