I will say food was fresh and good. But from there it is all down hill. The place has a bad smell omitting from the bathroom. ... The tables were all dirty. Ridiculously slow at 2am Sat at speaker for about 10 minutes before they took my order. I wanted to leave but I was... stuck/blocked in at that point. We ordered tacos and they were nasty af. Read more
Cold food, horrible service. No ice, fountain drink machine didn't taste right. No ketchup or napkins offered. When we finally... asked for ketchup we were handed a really sticky wad of ketchup packets. Whoever owns this place, take some pride in yourbusiness for God sakes!! We'll never return. Read more
Just got asked 'what you want' at the drive thru. Not even a 'Hello welcome to Jack, etc I got what you want? Not even a proper... what DO you want. I understand that the new generation is rude, but the fact that someone who doesn't even comprehend basicsentence structure has a job is beyond me. No uniforms either. A black t shirt with a band or something on it, with gold chainsdangling. Maybe he was robing the place and taking orders at the same time? Edit: ordered burger regular fries and a coke. Definitely recommend this establishment for fast friendly service and quick food! We stopped in for a little lunch and were... pleasantly surprised by the lack of customers inside however the drive through was packed like a Chick-fil-A. We easily foundseating inside and enjoyed the food! Read more
I cant even put into words how unprofessional and unsanitary this establishment is, on top of how disgusting the ?food? is here.... If I could give zero stars I would. I recommend Drive a bit further east down 71 to the Bastrop Jack in the box location, FARbetter service and quality. Read more
