Best adaptation of Grilled Cheese ever. The brisket melts in your mouth. So delicious and a new favorite eatery.
Outstanding barbecue! Grew up on homemade smoked brisket, sausage, and all other meats. We're used to getting close to those... flavors with Rudy's and Killens. However, Mac blew every other restaurant attempt at home bbq outta the water. We did thefamily pack so that we'd have leftovers. The brisket and sausage were simply perfect. Moist without being watery, fall apartwithout being mushy, and the fat was like butter...soft and the perfect complement to the muscle. The green beans were seasonedand cooked to perfection. The french fries were a great side, too. We finished with Mrs. Mac's pound cake, and I could havedied with no regrets in life. So moist and buttery with the perfect crusty exterior. We will definitely be back! Our 2 yr oldand 5 yr old were in love and enjoyed every bite, as well. Read more
Don?t sleep on Little Mac?s Smokehouse! This is - overall - the best barbecue I?ve had! We were driving from Austin to Houston... and wanted some barbecue, and we stumbled on this hidden gem. Pulling up, it?s very unassuming, but when Little Mac pulls themeat you just ordered fresh off the smoker, you know he means business! We had the smoked turkey leg, mac-and-cheese, and thetwo-meat plate with brisket, ribs, potato salad, and green beans. The meat was so tender, and every bite was full of flavor! Thebrisket was fork tender and moist - but not fatty - and the ribs were the stuff of dreams! And, real talk, that potato salad wassomething special, too! I can?t rave about this place enough! I just wished we lived closer - I?d go back right now. LittleMac?s Smokehouse has definitely been put on our ?Must Stop? List when driving from Houston to Austin.
