Ordered by the app. Got my food and fries tasted like they were a day old. Hamburger bun stale and chicken nuggets were dry and... pie was nasty. Ordered a Dr.pepper and ended up getting a Diet Coke. I called the restaurant literally 5 times and it just keptringing and no answer. It wouldn?t be such a big deal but this has happened the last 4 times I?ve been to this restaurant. Decent McDonald's that's connected to the gas station. Half of the self ordering kiosks had issues or were out of order. The... "hand crafted" drinks were only filled 75% of the amount (confirmed by a former employee). The restrooms were being cleanedduring the morning rush hour, which wouldn't be that bad if they weren't also shared with the gas station. Not a good locationbut also not the worst. Read more
One of the slowest, nastiest McDonald's I've seen in a while. The burgers had obviously been sitting out for hours and we... couldn't eat them. Unfortunately, we were pressed for time while traveling and had no time to complain in person to management.Also they were rude to my wife when she asked about her order after 20 minutes of waiting. I stopped in this afternoon for a snack and they were hopping. The young lady with the glasses and ponytail that was my cashier... was on fire! She was taking drive-thru and counter orders AND running food out to cars. The entire time she was pleasant,patient and personable. I'm sure they aren't paying her NEAR enough. ???????????? Read more
The staff at this McDonalds have to be the sweetest, fully competent and hard working I?ve ever encountered. I watched the... manager (I?m assuming) or excellent employee go above and beyond helping out customers. Holding doors, delivering food totables, asking if anyone needed anything. I was so impressed. There is also another woman at the drive thru during the day thatis so good at her job. She always ask how the day is going and is efficient. Whoever is leading this location is doing anamazing job. The dining area was extremely cold!! I literally was shivering as I quickly ate my breakfast. I tried to go to the men's... restroom but the staff would not allow me in there due to some extreme cleaning she had to do. I had no choice but to use theladies restroom. Other gentlemen followed me as well while my wife stood guard at the door. Needless to say, this was a badexperience. Read more
Outside communication speaker always needs to be fixed. Despite the deficiency I still received good service and it does not... really matter what time you decide to treat yourself to this fast food icon but it would make the experience a little moresoothing if the communication devices were updater replaced fix. But all in all it was enjoyable and I appreciate your locationand friendly patient staff.
