My fiancee, his stepdad, stepsister and I decided to go here for dinner, it was a SUPER poor experience from the moment we... walked in the door. We were seated, not asked about drinks, took about 15 minutes for a server to come to the table to ask aboutfood ONLY after letting us know we we're just "pawned" off on her, we tried to explain we haven't even ordered drinks and askedfor silverware and napkins but the server walked off, about 30-45 minutes into our visit we got our appetizers (still no drinks)half way through our appetizers our drinks finally showed. Then only two of our meals we're brought out of which those two we'redone eating by the time the other two meals were brought out. Two of four refills were brought to the table while the other twowaited another 15 minutes for their refills. We finally asked after all was said and done for a manager, the manager did handlethings well and comped our whole meal, only had to pay for drinks (understandable & fair) sadly though for a rather less busyrestaurant it was overall poor service and a poor experience. This is the WORST restaurant nit only in the cedar valley but then entire state of Iowa AT least. Very understaffed. Not only... that we waited an hour and a half for our food and tables after us were getting food. Also each piece of food was brought outseparately and members of our group had food eaten before the rest of us had food. AND IT WAS COLD when asked why it wasn'tbrought out at the same time and why our side of fries was brought out 30 minutes before our wings we were told its because thefood was made to order. So why was none of it hot? Laughed to be called a restaurant, also Mold and filthy in bathrooms. Whereis the health inspection? Read more

Went in for my birthday with my wife. I ordered 30 traditional wings and she ordered 15 boneless.... I got my wings. Half were... hot. Half were room temp. 20min later and my wife still doesn't have her wings... This place would be ok if it didn't cost $60+. Read more

Worst experience ever. My family and I waited about an hour before any of us got our food. When we did, only one meal came... (wings) out and it was so cold it seemed like it had been sitting for an hour. The next meal was a wrap that was as hard as arock. It also came with 3 dollar onion rings which were very small and only came with 4 and a half. Our appetizer (cheese curds)came out next which were somewhat hot, but we?re very burn?t. The next cold and pathetic meal that came out was the bird dawgswith a side of tater tots. The bun was 6 inches and the chicken maybe filled an inch with it. The coleslaw was also verydisgusting. And don?t even get me started on how nasty the tater tot?s were. Our last order was for our youngest and wassomewhat decent. We ordered 6 traditional wings, which were warm, with a side of a week old Mac and cheese (which didn?t comeout for about 20 minutes after the wings). Every table around us was saying on how nasty, cold, and long their meals took. Whenit was our turn to complain, the manager was saying how he would take 50% of our meal off. So we chocked down our meal andwaited for the bill which took around 15 minutes. When it did our server, which was the only good person working there (eventhough she didn?t get our refills or silverware often), have us the full bill. We were furious and demanded the manager. She anda few other workers went and looked for him. However, he was no where in sight and we presumed he left. So our server took a lotoff and we walked out. I love buffalo wild wings. Occasionally at this one I get dry/reused wings which always sucks. The people who work here are... usually great although sometimes it seems like a bit new to the job which makes sense right now. Read more

We ordered delivery, gave them an hour to make it before we showed up, they said they?d just gotten it (which means they?re... ignoring their online orders) and then we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to forget something and make us wait another10 on top of the hour and 20 they got beforehand. 10/10, do not recommend wasting time and money here because not a single oneof the staff cared about the fact that this was happening. there?s a clear line of being busy and just downright bad service andthis was just bad service. i work in a restaurant, i get it. but in my restaurant we don?t even mess up this badly. My family and I went out to eat here last Thursday for bogo boneless wings. We arrived at around 7:15 and it was not busy at... all. We placed our drink and food orders within about 10 minutes. The first set of wings came out at around 7:40 and the rest ofthe orders came within 5-10 minutes of that. There was not enough silverware at the table for everyone so we asked the waiterfor a few more forks. He said they were in the dishwasher and it would be a bit. About 10 minutes went by and we asked again,getting the same answer. Finally after our food was sitting there for 20-25 minutes, we asked a different waiter for somesilverware and still got the same answer. This waiter came back about 2 minutes later with some plastic silverware for us andasked if this would work. We were fine with it just so we could start eating finally. And of course, the wings were cold at thatpoint. Overall we?ve just been having bad service there and the wings are hit or miss depending on the day of the week. We usedto go at least one a week, but are maybe going once a month after all of these bad experiences. Read more

Was in for over an hour and a half on a weeknight with there only being a few other groups about the same size as us (3 people).... There was about 8 wait staff just walking around the restaurant doing nothing and only 2 of them to take care of every table.Other groups who came in after we had ordered got there food before us even though we had ordered the same things as them. Ourwaitress told us that the reason it was taking long was because they had to make more of the chicken because they ran out eventhough that shouldn't matter because we ordered before other people. So something must be wrong with the kitchen staff becausethey are not telling the staff where to go with the orders correctly. Read more
