I came to burger King at 8 pm on Saturday 9/10/22. They clearly didn't know what they where doing or didn't care. The white... front counter person was lost and it took me 10 min to order. The black lady in the back of the store was yelling cussing andoverly bad. NOT QUALITY WORKERS. My food was cold fries were cold and salty and my experience was horrible. I ate in and all Icould here was the lady cussing yelling and being rude. I'm sitting all the way around the corner by the TV and bathroom and allI can here is her. I always have a good experience here. The employees are always so nice and treat you like family. The food was good and we... always go inside to eat because they are so friendly. The lady working at the drive-through window has the absolute worst customer service skills in the world. She is extremely... rude and hates her job. It's clear they're understaffed because they're all friends and probably refuse to hire other people. How great would it be to only work with your friends and close whenever you want? Went to the recently reopened lobby after post-covid on 7/21/22 between 5:55pm-6:05pm. Prices were good & food was excellent.... The cashier was welcoming. Only downside I noticed is one of the cooks that puts all the food together isn't wearing anygloves... I'm seeing him handling various sandwiches and grabbing handfuls of lettuce without anything on which wouldn't be asmuch of a problem IF he was washing his hands between orders, which was not the case. Guy putting the burgers together wasn?t wearing gloves, workers pretend the machines and registers are down so they can all go... have a smoke break together out front, takes 30 minutes any given day any time to get your food, marijuana is regularly smokedin the bathrooms you can tell, candles burning in the bathrooms unattended with the smoke alarms very visibly altered/ shut off,(candles to mask the marijuana they smoke in there I?m sure), sanitary anything is just ignored, main manager coughs all overeverybody and everything in the restaurant VERY often, 90% of the people that work the window are cold, rude, and obnoxious. Ijust don?t have 1 good thing to say about this place it?s almost laughable such a huge chain can?t get a grip. Read more
