Today I just had the best customer experience at this Casey's. I left feeling happy and valued. I think it was the area... surpervisor at the register or something. Their coffee is excellent as well! Most of the staff here is very nice, but I didinteract with one person that was not as pleasant. Luckily I haven't seen her "round these parts" for a while. What a greatway to start my day! Read more
The worst service ever. The workers act like they are too good to acknowledge you or speak to you at all. The gas pumps clearly... say prepay after 8, but they have tried to make it look like it says 7. The food is stale and outdated. Pizza is thrown togetherwithout any care. Avoid this one! Read more
My family loves Casey's pizza. We recently relocated to the Janesville area and this is the closest Casey's. So far, we have... been disappointed- they don't put nearly enough toppings on their pizza. We have ordered here 5-6 times, hoping the last timewas a fluke, but it continues to disappoint. We will be trying a different Casey's. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I go to this Casey's they never have pizza made. When I ask the cook, who is... extremely rude and acts like I just kicked her dog if she has any pizza in she just says "no" and then walks away! Twice she'sdone this. I just have to take the time out of my day to say that the kid cody who I believe is his name at the north cedar casey does a... WONDERFUL job. I have never seen him not smiling at customers. Hes ALWAYS so polite. I have never seen him not smiling. Hesalways staying busy to. Hes super patient and sweet when I have my kids with me. Wich means a lot to me considering not everycasey employee from other places are as kind as he is when I have my children. I sure hope you guys praise this boy, because heis great at his job. Gas pumps don't work. Staff at River Forest Road gossip about customers and are bullies. We don't see how they keep their jobs.... No employers' we know would allow any customers to be bullied. The manager said she hated one customer that another employeestarted a vicious rumor about her. Dirty, filthy store. Read more
