The sandwiches we order from this location are always subpar compared to other locations - lettuce is browning, bread is soggy... from the Mayo, tomatoes are green and hard - stuff like that. Probably something to do with the management. Read more

Change your hours online. Google says you're open till 12am I order You call and tell me that you close in 5 mins (10pm) I say... that GPS says 8 mins and ask if someone would be able to just wait a few extra mins so we can just swing by. College Hill location is the worst!! Order from app about one time a week and always seem to be a problem with every delivery.... Call store and "nothing" they can do about it but come back, get the food and remake the order. Already takes an hour from apporder to delivery and will not wait two hours for sandwiches. John's in town wouldn't come to me without an address, so I took a gamble and called this one, thank God I did!!! Order always gets messed up or is always completely wrong. Paid extra for ingredients I never got and the very argumentative... manager thinks that a cookie will fix all of that.
