I waited an hour in the drive thru. Many people got frustrated and left. The food was good.
horribly customer service almost every time i come here. i asked for no ice in my sprite, had to verify 3 different times that... they understood. then ordered a PLAIN qtr pounder, and received a fully loaded one. didn?t get any sort of thank you at eitherwindow, and when i was pulled to reserve, the lady (wearing manager clothing) who brought my food out seemed very annoyed, anddidn?t say anything when she gave me my food. most likely won?t be coming again. Food was fine. showed up at around 9pm on my EV not able to order inside, and while waiting at the ajar pickup window the... employee yelled something about "some stupid kid on a bike" and other words not worth mentioning. The manager said "well youshouldn't be the one using an EV in the drive-thru" which apparently justifies the profanity. No apology. Fast food reviews crack me up, it?s a McDonald?s, you?re not gonna get 5 star food from a fast food chain and service will never... be the best. My absolute favorite though is when people say, ?I bought 2 20 piece nuggets and it cost more than a 40 piece?obviously it does! Have you ever bought 2 6 packs of beer and then bought a twelve pack? The 12 pack would be cheaper, if notthen have you bought 2 small drinks from McDonald?s? The large holds the same amount of liquid but it?s cheaper. Consistent food quality and flavor that you expect from McDonald's. Staffing seemed a little short so we waited a bit longer... than average for our food and the floors in the dining room didn't look to have been mopped in awhile. Main reason for only 3 stars not 4 is how long I had to stand there waiting for someone to help me. Which annoyed me even more... when they brought up orders for 2 others. Seems anymore you get better service by using mobile order/pay or at least the kiosk.Which is unfortunate for those of us who don't like to use those options. Ketchup cups were almost empty. And even though it wasgood, I got the cold drink instead of the hot one I ordered. Didn't say anything about it then though bcuz I knew I was on alimited time that day. The newer burger was pretty decent but I ended up with scraps for fries. They were fresh but a lot of crumbs. Everything else... was good though. Read more
WORST fast food experience of my life. They gave me the wrong food TWICE, which wouldn't have been the biggest deal except they... locked the lobby doors so the only way to let them know and get the correct order is to spend another 15 minutes in the backedup drive through. After giving my food to the wrong person the second time, they told me to wait at the second window and neverbrought my food to me. Spent an hour in the drive through and never got what I paid for, will be doing a chargeback and avoidingthis location in the future. Read more
