Erica the Manager is very rude and did not want to help or listen or apologize she should not be working there at all..I went to... tell her she was not nice and she ask me to go and argue with me. went through the drive thru and the line was extremely long due to a rush. understandable, but food took 45 minutes, was... overcooked and had obviously been sitting awhile, and a sandwich was forgotten. i typically feel fine after McDonalds but didn?tfeel great after this. it was closed indoors, so it was either wait in line again, which was almost onto the roadway, or writethis review. Ordered for dine in, 17 minutes passed and no food. Garbage over flowing, food all over the floor, no clean tables, dried up... pop/coffee on the floor. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned for days. It never fails that whenever I pull up to the drive through line, no one ever says "Hello!" or even "It'll be just a moment!"... Because then I end up waiting up to 10 minutes at one time for someone to answer or say anything. Today when it happened(again), she finally replied to MY "Hello?" And then she didn't even listen to the 1 item that I ordered and needed me to repeatit after a minute. So frustrating and seems so ridiculous/silly. Read more

Worst McDonald's ever staff is terrible. Now because of this McDonald's I will never go to another one ever again in my life.
