I love Panch, but this location is terrible. The service was horrible the second I walked in. They messed up my tortilla and it... broke when they wrapped it, so the guy scraped it onto a new tortilla and wrapped it while throwing the other part (and half myburrito) in the trash. He then proceeds to say ?damn that?s like half the size of the other burrito? and I still get chargedfull price. I even asked for a water cup and was rudely told by the manager that they don?t do that anymore. Overall, terribleexperience with rude workers would not recommend. Read more

When we showed up to the University Pancheros we were expecting to walk in and get decent service, instead we walk up to the... door and it states ?burrito bowls for walk-ins only, sorry for the inconvenience?. So we decided to order on the app to see ifwe could get a burrito. Somehow we were able to place an order (but couldn?t get one in store) and waited 12 minutes for itinstead of being able to walk in and get it right away? makes no sense at all. I went in to get my burritos and there was no onein site. Got our burritos finally and they were COLD. Ridiculous and very upsetting. It's gone downhill over the years. The Burrito Bar is filthy. The employees smell like ashtrays over the counter. The quality... of the meat and veggies are bland. I could taste the tortilla more than the meat, cheese, and red sauce, and to add the biggestinsult to it all, after purchasing a 10-dollar burrito, they no longer provide cups for water. 6p on a Sunday evening, 6 employees goofing around instead of making sure there was available food. I had one rice to choose... from, the melted cheese was scorched, no fajita veggies available, the scraps in the pan were burnt to it so i had to wait forthem to warm some, literally was just warmed up, still raw when added to my order. Guacamole was browning. I paid $12 so as notto be a "Karen". Now I'm kicking myself. It was trash. Never going to that location again. Read more

Steak Quesadilla was smashed into a pile of soggy tortilla, no steak even on it. Bought a large pop to find they were out of... every single drink except sprite. Which is flat and warm, no ice. Charged for a salsa and chips. Absolutely disgusting, rudeworkers. Read more
