The food is almost always good. Expensive. But good. However, I purchased a classic sourdough loaf the other day and it was so... small we couldn't even make sandwiches out of it. These loafs used to be twice the size. Spend less AND get an actual usefulsize loaf at HYVEE on UNI. Read more
This location used to be more consistent, but has been hit or miss lately in terms of order accuracy. The other day I ordered my... usual Baja Grain Bowl, and found a suspicious addition in my bowl, which I tried to assume was a string from the corn.Eventually, I had to stop eating because I was too grossed out by the mystery string? definitely an appetite killer (anddefinitely way too thick and fibrous to be from corn). We love Panera and frequently visit. However, after visiting the Cedar Falls location we were very disappointed with our... experience. The floors were dirty, tables dirty the drink stations were unkept and no ice in the machines. It wasn?t busy andfood took forever, and when my daughter got her Mac and cheese it was clumpy and old. Also, the gentleman behind the counter waswiping his nose on his arm while preparing food. We won?t be visiting this location for awhile. Very disappointed ???? Read more
