This location used to be more consistent, but has been hit or miss lately in terms of order accuracy. The other day I ordered my... usual Baja Grain Bowl, and found a suspicious addition in my bowl, which I tried to assume was a string from the corn.Eventually, I had to stop eating because I was too grossed out by the mystery string? definitely an appetite killer (anddefinitely way too thick and fibrous to be from corn). Took a very long time before we even got our food. We waited well of 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and soup. I understand being... busy but that is unacceptable. Read more
We love Panera and frequently visit. However, after visiting the Cedar Falls location we were very disappointed with our... experience. The floors were dirty, tables dirty the drink stations were unkept and no ice in the machines. It wasn?t busy andfood took forever, and when my daughter got her Mac and cheese it was clumpy and old. Also, the gentleman behind the counter waswiping his nose on his arm while preparing food. We won?t be visiting this location for awhile. Very disappointed ???? Read more
This location was very clean, well stocked, and good-looking. Service was pretty fast, despite the huge line when we arrived.... Our food came out as ordered and it was delicious. We were very happy with our experience at this Panera location. I wouldhighly recommend this place to others. Read more
I was just at Panera in Cedar Falls and I was ordering a charged lemonade. However, I come to find out that they were out... (again) so I asked the cashier why and she was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Her name tag said ?Ashley? and hadterrible customer service. I am very offended by my experience here, especially since this isn?t the first time. Verydisappointing. Read more
We ordered the tomato soup, tuna sandwich, Thai chick soup, Flatbread pizza, and a few pastries. The tomatoes are not the best... as they are squishy. Baguettes are one of my favorite breads. Everything else was great. Read more
