Typical Papa John?s Pizza. Our pizza was ready on time. Garlic knots were a little heavy on butter but still tasted very good.
Outstanding service!! The other night I placed an order, I made a mistake and ordered carryout for the waterloo location, I... meant it to be at the Cedar Falls location. When I arrived, first of all I was greeted so kindly and prompt, then afterrealizing what I did, the gentleman working the counter fixed my error and my order was ready in 10 minutes. Pretty good although they are pretty cheap with the sauces, I remember they use to give free pizza sauce cheese dipping sauce... plus garlic butter with the bread sticks, now they ask you to pick one and their, that's just nonsense. The same trip they alsocharged me for some of their spice packets which is just something I don't really expect from a company as big as Papa John's. Read more
