Hands down the best sandwich I've had in the Waterloo/ Cedar Falls area. The sandwich was a nice size and all of the ingredients... tasted really fresh and had a perfect balance of spiciness and cheesiness. Service was also quick. Food is never a question at this open grill restaurant. You see what they are doing as they prepare your food. The Phillys are... amazing and rice bowls are not bad either. The dining area could use some attention. This place apparently requires the staff tobus the tables. It didn't feel like the crew understood who's job it was so there were many tables taken up with boxes andempty drink containers. Get that cleaned up and this place is easily a 5 star establishment. It was good! Took a minute on cutting and toasting of the bread!! And asked us if they put the seasoning on lol! Pay attention.... Mine got seasoned but his didn't! So pay attention! Read more
The food is pretty good here. The best part is, my son who has celiacs disease can eat here without worry of gluten... contamination. Read more

Decent food for a small town. Had the Philly cheese steak and fries no soda. Add cheese for free, have to ask. Topping options... for Philly are: jalapeños, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Cost close to 12 bucks. Ate on a Tuesday night at 6:00 PM. Onething I found quite odd was no trash cans for customers to throw away they're own garbage. Read more
I asked for vegetarian rice bowl to take out, but ended up having a few pieces of steak in them. I guess they must have grilled... the veggies right next to steak, but they have to be more careful about cross contamination. I k ow hu hot is a different kindof restaurant, but they do fantastic job to stop the cross contamination. The rice bowl was extremely oily too, which was alittle weird. The cook at the grill was coughing while cooking, and needless to say she was not wearing a mask. Read more
