I loved coming here now they put in a play place in a nice family restaurant. Now I can?t enjoy my food with kids running and... screaming. Getting in the way of the Buffett. What a Absolute Nightmare. This is going to be long so I'll try and make it short. I've been in the restaurant business for up... to 20 years. I know exactly what it's like back of house and what it is managers have to do. I've never experienced a restaurantso far down in flames in my entire career. My son turned 13. They recently installed a very nice arcade a part of therestaurant. This is the spot he chose to have his birthday dinner. After paying $75 for four people. There was no food in thebuffet, very slim pickings. Both soda machines ice machines were not in working order. So our drinks were very warm. I coukdtell the salad bar dressing squeeze bottles had been there since lunch was served, it was 5:45 p.m. ( plus I guarantee that's ared flag violation) pretty sure they have to be replaced and tempt every 3 to 5 hours. every inch of the floor where I laid eyeson was full of debris and food. There was at least 10 if not more tables that hadn't been cleaned. Fortunately we found the lastone remaining table that was clean. But I watched two other sets of families walk around in amazement on the same thing I wasalso laying my eyes on. But weren't able to find a seat. I 100% blame whoever the manager is. Never saw him take control of thesituation at any given period. It might not be a lot to some but $75 is a decent portion of my paycheck nowadays. And I justwanted to make my son happy on his birthday. I felt disgusted to even eat there. And trust me I've worked in all shades ofrestaurants. Cleanliness was apparently the lowest on the list as far as public service. And I couldn't make that even anyclearer than what I just said. Worst dining experience I've ever had. I only ever seen one busser. And I never seen one personwith a rag or spray bottle the entire time we were there. I'm close to calling this into a code violation. You know what I'vegot time... I've been ordering from you guys for a long time. I'm so sorry to say this the chicken has really gone downhill, very greasy,... smaller dark meat pieces the last 2 times I ordered.. the rest still very good.. my grandkids said why are the legs so small.. Read more
Pizza Ranch has served us undercooked (basically raw) dough and overcharged on an online order in a separate occasion. I have... reached out multiple times, but I am always told that the general manager is out or will get back to me. The assistant hasn'tbeen helpful. It was long a favorite for us, but it's a risk ordering online apparently. Read more
It's Pizza Ranch, nothing exciting but the only buffet in the area. Went to their brunch buffet Saturday morning and it's ok,... not the best and for $16/person they should offer more or make sure the food is worth it. Read more
Pizza Ranch is almost always a good option when I am craving pizza or chicken. Their pizza is not my favorite but it is... definitely good. I really like the taco pizza. They have a nice array of options as well. Their chicken is pretty much alwaysgood as are the potatoes (mashed or roasted). I have not gotten the buffet in a long time because the price is just ridiculousnow. But we will do a carry out pizza here and there and are always filled up and happy. And the cactus bread.... YUM. I'm not a fan of buffets, so we don't come here super often, but we brought the kids out tonight so they could enjoy the new Fun... Zone. I have to say, the restaurant was cleaner than I've seen it in a long time. The staff was attentive to bussing tables &keeping up on the buffet. There were no spoons, though, and almost every player was still dripping wet from the dishwasher. Read more
This location is usually amazing! A little slow on getting pizzas on the line, but I understand being short staffed. Recently,... we went with a gift card. It was so busy. There was a line out the door with 1 person on the register. After standing in linefor 15 minutes we get to the register where there's a sign that they aren't accepting gift card at any location. That signshould have been on the door. It would have saved us 15 minutes. Read more
