I do feel really bad about this. I was driving to all the coffee shops I knew on university Avenue, and could not find any still... open. When i thought all was lost for a late coffee at 8:45pm i saw this one closed at 9. When i got there the lady was justgetting ready to close up. I was literally there at 8:53pm. I explained my situation and she was happy to make my coffee for me.I felt even worse when another person got behind me. Thank you so much! Read more
My Chai latte was good, but I was disappointed by the service. The employee working (alone) seemed to be cleaning something and... then when she eventually came over to take my order it seemed as though it was a huge hassle to her. Apparently the look Ireceived when I first walked up to the counter was meant to convey my business wasn't wanted. Read more
It took 30 minutes to get three coffees this am, the baristas were talking, and joking, not really interested in service at all.... We live in Texas and if this kind of service is a norm here, they wouldn't be in business very long. Read more
Honestly I prefer caribou over this because therlir coffee is better mixed and have better flavor otherwise their iced drinks... are great :) Read more
Super friendly people. Sometimes my drinks are over filled. Makes a bit of a mess but over all great coffee for on the go.... Seasonal options are a nice treat. Read more
