Usually I don't write these, but the past 4 visits from this Taco Bell location have disappointed every time. Tonight I thought... I'd give it another go. As usual, my order was missing items, sauces, looked very thrown together overall. Previous visits hadthe same result. The staff is very friendly, I just recommend that they watch orders more closely. Probably will not bereturning to this location and will make the commute to Waterloo Taco Bell for all future visits. The black boy that took our food out today was extremely rude. We ended up going inside and waiting patiently for our food... instead of waiting outside in the heat because it was over 20 minutes. Him and the manager kept looking at us and laughingbecause we had our masks on. The boy gave me a dirty look when he handed us our food and when I asked him for a receipt hehuffed at me. He handed the receipt to me aggressively turned around and walked away after giving me a dirty look when I saidthank you. I tried to call the manager and she could care less. If this is what a customer gets after they spend $43 on food I'drather go somewhere else. They weren't even wearing gloves either. This place is disgusting just like that boys attitude. Thenagain though I got to thinking after being so upset. If I was like him, working at Taco Bell at around age 30, making nothing ofmy life I would hate my life and everyone around me too. Me and my family were so excited to have taco bell tonight and we all love the $5 boxes but this location no longer does them... even though they're still on the menu. I don't know if we'll ever be back to this location. Read more

Mexican Pizza was good but seems like they are sick of making them already. My order seemed to be slid in the box causing most... of toppings to slide off. No chives no onions. Don't eat in unless you wanna pay card only. They are kiosk only now I guess. No more decent customer service. loved it when it... was still "Normal" and Michelle was there. Definitely done with Taco Bell. I'm not gonna be my own cashier. Only stopped becausewe were already out running errands. 3 stars due to lack of customer communication and lack of greeting at all. Was definitelynot what we are used to and I miss the interaction. Always liked joking with the staff and talking to them to make them smile ifthey seemed to be having a bad day. Read more
