This Burger King is very clean, and the staff is friendly. However when you use of their promotional coupons for one of the... deals on the mobile app, they downsize the sofa and fries. The impossible whopper meal is supposed to come with medium fries andmedium soda, they use ?small?. And if the promo says small fry and small soda they use the smallest soda cup I have ever seen.When I questioned the woman who took my order, she said ?this is what the owner said to use?. Nice big Burger King without a drive thru. It?s super clean inside which I?m always happy to see. They keep the bathroom clean... too and it is light years better then the last few burger kings I?ve been in. Foods okay. Fries have been like warm and tastedstale the last few times I?ve went. And my buns were stale and like they?ve been sitting out in the air sadly. I?m glad they?vegotten my customizations right. 5/5 stars for their customer service and staff, always friendly and without attitude that theother stores have. The last few times I've going there they've consistently got my mobile order wrong and sometimes gave me another person's mobile... order. You never know when dining in is allowed. Sometimes it is open and sometimes the door is locked with no sign indicatingit is closed. The app should indicate whether or not dining in is allowed. Also the app should not allow you to order food thatis out of stock. The staff don't tell you if an item you ordered is out of stock. They just hand you the food at the windowwithout the out of stock item and without refunding your money so that you end up paying for something that you never got. Read more
First review with less than 5 stars. Me and my partner stopped by for a quick lunch. We both ordered "fries." Neither of us... received ketchup. When I went back inside to pick up a few packs, I asked the sales clerk how come we didn't receive any ketchupwith our fries, she responded very curtly "BECAUSE WE DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY." Read more

We went here like 15 minutes before closing and they were rushing us because the wanted to... leave and I get it I work in customer service but they were saying rude things about us in Spanish and guess what we speakSpanish too?
