Relaxing atmosphere and Dennis was wonderful. Not only handling my friend and I at the bar, with other bar patrons, but jumping... into other positions to ensure patron needs were met throughout the whole restaurant. As a prior bartender I understand hisstress! However, he kept a very cool demeanor and a level of professionalism. Customer service was great but both the table and floors were sticky. I asked that they clean the table, which they did but... there was still a syrupy substance on the table. Food is not the best. Ordered a wrap and it was just a tortilla, shreddedcheese and some sort of dressing. Read more

Restaurant definitely needs some updating. Carpet had lots of sticky spots all over it. My husband got the salmon and it was... good. I got the 4 cheese mac n cheese with hot honey chicken strips. Chicken strips were over cooked and mac n cheese was themost bland mac I have ever had. Expected a lot more flavor for $17.00 Mac n cheese. Service was great though! Read more
My mother loves this place. Its the bourbon street chicken and shrimp that keeps me coming back.
This particular Applebee's was terrible. From the moment we walked in we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working well and... it was pretty hot and stuffy. And to add insult to injury our waitress was not wanting to do her job. We had to wait foreverfor tea and water refills and the food took a pretty long time to come out out. And the waitress serving the table next to ourswas incredibly rude and kept her face in her phone when she wasn't being rude. She walked by spewing obscenities under herbreath and what ever happened to being professional and dress codes for servers. The wait staff there dressed like they wereat home and flaunted full tattoo sleeves and used a lot of foul language. And let's not forget the music. It was loudhip-hop and bass rattled things in the dinning room. Overall I'm highly disappointed with their lack of professionalism, lackof service and carelessness. And I wouldn't recommend this particular Applebee's to anyone. It was a terrible experience andI mostly blame. Management as in any field you'll only be as good as your supervisor. Read more
Great Food & Drinks at Reasonable Price, food served hot & fresh, however bar area doesn?t have the best service unless your... actually sitting at the bar. They don?t have a server in the bar, so you have to wait on the bartender for everything and he hascertain customers he tend to and if your not a regular he gets to you when he feels like it. Unfortunately our table andanother one saw that first hand, they defiantly need a server in the bar assisting the bartender especially on a Saturday night. Read more
Definitely the corner bar. If they didn't have food it would be rated 5 stars. The bar service is great and they pour a good... drink. Can't help that all Applebee's food is mediocre at best Read more
