Great experience at the restaurant back in March. I really love fish, especially good sashimi. I have eaten at BN Sushi & Grill... before with wife, but this time I brought the kids alone on my dinner date with them. I ordered Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box forthe kids and Sashimi Sampler for mysel. (Not pictured) Totally loved our food choice as kids devoured the rolls (for them it'sbetter version of kimbap) and the salmon. My sashimi sampler was super fresh. I could have two portions like that. Kids hadvanilla Ice-cream for desert and we had such sweet service from our lovely waitress. *sigh* I?ve been coming to this place for years! 10-11 years to be exact. This past Sunday we came to dine in. We were sat down... and we could hear the manager or boss yelling at the host across the room for seating us at the table, not sure why this wasn?tdone in private, minus the yelling. We felt super uncomfortable. Next our server comes to take our order. Brings out myfiancés soup and salad and forgets to bring me mine. 15 minutes later after my fiancé finished his soup and salad I asked herabout my miso and she just says ok and brings it over, never apologizing for forgetting. We sit and wait for the rest of ourentrees and notice our waiter is also doing all the takeout orders so we knew she was going to focus all her time doing those togo orders and we were correct. My food comes out, she mistakenly gave me rolls vs the individual sushi I ordered but I didn?tsay anything since I knew she wouldn?t come back any time soon and I was correct. My food sat in front of me for about 25 - 30minutes. We see countless to go orders being prepped and other tables that came after we did get all their food and finishbefore we started. My kids and fiancé still haven?t gotten their food at this time and we just wanted to leave. I get a chanceto flag down our server who seemed so annoyed to be interrupted. She asks if everything came out ok and I let her know they wereSTILL waiting for their bento box and fried rice. Again, no apology for the long wait and just walks backs and brings ourfood. I was so close to walking out but didn?t want to make a scene. I used to love this place and introduced so many locals tothis restaurant. Unfortunately, due to service I will no longer come back. 2 stars for all the great times spent here throughoutthe years but 0 stars for our last dinner experience here. Read more

Our second choice for today! OUR MISTAKE! This should have been the first selection. We haven?t been since the name changed... and just wasn?t sure. THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE still! The staff is above and beyond. The chef is OMG! The Mahi Mahi, yellowtail was so fresh, fried rice, tempura vegetable and shrimp, paradise roll, everything was great! Incredibly delicious rolls with a unique twist. I ordered The Sweetie roll and it was not like anything I had before. Perfect... combination of sweet and savory for anyone with that kind of tooth. The Judo roll was just right, crunchy and delectable aswell. The service was near perfect, our server was very hospitable and not overly attentive. Took excellent care of us. Suhsichefs were really kind to talk to. My buddy spoke Japanese and they engaged with him very well. Prices are reasonable and theatmosphere is enjoyable. I saw someone order an ahí tower and regretted not ordering that. Looked amazing. Will be back forsure! Read more
The Pad Thai is not good. It was really salty and had a odd flavor not normal to this dish. The chicken tasted like cheap bagged... pre grilled meat for salad. We also bought the Maui meal and that should have been posted as a mushroom meal with 2 nuggetpieces of fish. Terrible to charge $16.50 per fish meal to not actually get a fillet of fish. Read more

Amazing. I was starving and the Tonkotsu Ramen and Rainbow Roll hit the spot!! Sushi tasted real and fresh. Ramen Bowl was... delicious and stayed hot/warm. Defined coming again and def recommending!! Read more
