I really wish zero stars was an option.we waited over an hour for our food,and then it was wrong. We never received silverware... or napkins. The beer sat on the bar until it was warm. We never received our waters. We waited several passes from the waitressto receive our dipping sauces. We overheard the waitresses are you doing about who is going to take our table. They areincredibly understaffed and the staff that are present are not service oriented once so ever. No employee can do anythingwithout borrowing a card for the cashier station from another. Absolutely horrendous delays. And it wasn?t even that busy.Extremely dissatisfied. Read more

I just had the worst experience ever here. I waited nearly an hour for my food once I got it was cold and our waiter was quite... rude. He was to busy entertaining the racist people who kept making inappropriate comments the entire time we were there? sad tosee what customer service has come to. Not only did he not offer me to warm up my Food that was given to me literally COLD ashell but he also didn?t want to refill our drinks and went ahead and gave the people around us drinks. Read more

I?m not even sure where to start with this place. They have the worst customer service I?ve ever seen. The service is sorry from... management on down to the staff. I?ve seen the managers watch these lazy staff members doing nothing and won?t say anything tothem. There?s no sense of urgency to acknowledge you coming in the front door, sitting you down, or bringing your order. Evenwhen you order online, they can?t even get the order right, and the food is cold. The kids play in the back vs attending to theneeds of the customers. I placed an order online recently, got all the way back home to eat and my order was wrong and the wingswere cold. A couple of weeks prior to that, my boyfriend and I went in one night to sit down and eat and we were neveracknowledged much less able to sit down and eat so we walked out. This is ridiculous? I feel like corporate needs to come inand revamp this establishment! Read more

Would give zero stars if allowed the last few times we have been there the place was not very clean and service was terrible.... Walked out tonight after sitting for 20 min with no one acknowledging us. There was one waitress trying to help all the tableswhile the other employees just milled around. The last straw was when people walked in after us and got helped before us. Iwould recommend going anywhere else. The manager obviously doesn?t care because the waitress kept knocking on the manager doorbut no one ever came out. Read more

Came in on a Sunday night and had to wait a little bit for someone to seat us but other than that had no wait getting in (NOTE:... This was NOT during football season which I'm sure would make a difference). Our server, Erica, was awesome and friendly! Shemade great recommendations and was a joy to get to talk to. We started with the fried cheese curds (it comes with SouthwestRanch, but I would recommend pairing it with regular Ranch instead) and then we each got a plate of wings. Food was quick andthe place wasn't too rowdy! Not my favorite wingspot in Cedar Hill, but also not too shabby! Parking - For a non-footballnight, we had no trouble finding parking but I could see some struggles if you are going during a popular time. Noise - Likeabove, we went at a chill time so the noise wasn't bad at all but I could see how it could get loud with a football crowd. Thisis Dallas after all :) Read more

The hostess with red hair ( I think her name was Deli) was so lazy and couldn?t even do her job. I?m sorry but she was getting... dirty menus when there was clean ones right next to them. And she could?ve at least cleaned them which I?m sure is part of thehostess job. She was just talking and chatting and not seating people. Until her manager came and had to do her job for her. Thetables were so dirty too. On a positive note, Melina who wasn?t even our server was so amazing. She took care of us and weweren?t even her table. She was truly doing more than her job requirement and you can tell she?s a good worker. Now to the food,y?all what is that in the picture. Literally the size of the stickers. Anyways I do not recommend going to this location. Trulyonly saw Melina and another girl doing their jobs. Everyone else was so bad. Ordered from their app. Said 1 hour delivery. No problem! Then the delivery app changes to 2 hours. Then it says no driver. I... call the delivery service, they say call the store, I call the store and told that it's been waiting for an hour. They ask if Istill want it or if I want a refund. I ask to cancel the order because I don't want cold food or food that's been sitting undera heating lamp for over an hour. Says it'll be 5-7 business days. ***Even after asking to cancel they still deliver the food.It's cold, soggy, and overcooked.... Dined in for lunch, had an awesome server that was knowledgeable of menu and made great drink recommendations. Food was served... hot and fresh. Read more
