This is by far the best Latin experience in Cedar Hill.The menu was well thought out as it caters to a variety of customers.... Food portions are great. They also have drink specials with a lot of options.The bar is small, thus cant sit there but the wholeplace has very good places to sit. Ambience, is what I come here for.The crowd here makes this a vibrant restaurant.The staff isalways there to serve and answer questions promptly. This venue is also perfect for a first date, business and familydinners. The patio is my favorite place to sit as it allows a more personal and exclusive dining! 2 for 2!!! I?ll be honest, I have not written a review in quite some time let alone a 5 star review. It seems more often than... not over the last couple of years, the service industry has gone down hill. However, in looking for a great place to eat inCedar Hill/Desoto we stumbled upon this Mexican Restaurant and absolutely love the food. First time we came here was a fewweeks ago where we enjoyed the brisket tacos and drinks. They have strong but amazing margaritas! This most recent time we madeit for brunch menu, where I captured a couple pictures of our meal. My wife ordered the breakfast nachos and I ordered theomelet. Upon recommendation from some friends, we came to check out this Mexican restaurant for dinner. It was pretty crowded with lots... of diners on a Thursday evening but our waiter was kindly enough to get us a nice table by the windows. Totally loved theirdecors and the vibes, minus the low ceiling that made me feel a bit claustrophobic. Our waiter doesn?t speak much English whichmade our ordering a bit slower but we managed through. He was kind and smiled a lot. We had a fajitas feat ( fajita fiesta)which turned out a huge looking plate with beef, chicken, and shrimp. It looked REALLY good. I wish I could say the same thingabout the taste. Chicken was a bit dry and bit burned at the bottom of the dish. Beef was bit chewy and didn?t taste so fresh.But Shrimp was just perfect. We for a party of two barely ate half of the dish. Restroom was super clean which was saving myoverall experience here. Minus the hall leading to the restroom was stuffed with baby high chairs. Despite our experience withthe fajita fiesta dish, I would give the place a second chance and come back next time for another dish. A lot of people eatinghere so it must be something. Read more
The prices online differ from listed prices on the physical menu by $1 but the shrimp salad I ate was a nice portion, shrimp... pieces included. However, the amount of water sitting at the bottom was disappointing! Look closely in my photo, that hole Imade in the greenest area is water! I had taken a photo of how much water was in the bowl alone after I packed my to go (about 2oz) but can't locate it. The server was nice but that water in my salad was a big disappointment! Read more
Probably the only thing I liked was the services. My dish was over seasoned with salt, shrimp tasted soapy (don't ask), plank... steak was dumped with salt, but the rice was on point. Definitely not a place I would come back for Tex-Mex. Read more

This place was great and I?m so glad we finally decided to give it a go! Its a little crowded on the inside, but the place has a... very welcoming atmosphere. Stuffed Jalapeños were perfectly fried and finger lickin? good! I also like how they were stuffedwith chicken and weren?t too spicy. I got the chicken enchilada plate and it did not disappoint! Service was fast and the serverwas amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Read more
