Poor customer service. A couple weeks ago I placed a large carryout order and two of the burgers was prepared incorrectly. One... was worse than the other and completely wrong. I called to informed them one of my orders was completely wrong and was told toreturn to have the order made right. At this time I made it to my destination which was approximately 30 mins away, I let them Iwas unable to return. I was told they understand and to give my name and number and next time I come they?ll replace the item.I came in today to place an order and to redeem the remake. I spoke to management and they suddenly had complete amnesia! I gavemy name number and explained the situation, management stated they need to take my name and number down and find my ticket. Iexplained they did that already and asked about the policy, then was told they have been in business for 40 years and never hada problem! Basically refusing to honor their word on the remake. Seriously!!! This is my last purchase with them. I like theproduct but, refuse to accept this level of poor service. In the grand theme of things to replace a burger shouldn?t be a hugeissue? First off, I had the the bacon cheeseburger with Swiss cheese and I added grilled onions, mushrooms & Bleu cheese. It was so... good I forgot to take any pics. From the online pics the burgers look pretty small, but not in real life! This was a hugeburger! I'm not kidding! I'll take pics when I order again. I think they double fry their French fries, which were so amazing!Please give this place a try! Let me start off with saying that the food is always great. Never had any issues with the quality of my order. The owner of this... establishment needs some work with customer service. Any time I?ve had an interaction with him, he?s difficult to work with,very stingy when it comes to asking for ketchup or ranch. If you need to charge extra, then charge me. But don?t make uscustomers feel bad for asking. He is not welcoming in any way, this has happened on several occasions. Will NOT be going back. Read more

I love reading the reviews AFTER I eat at a joint. My burger was delicious. Got me sitting here with the giggles. Loved it all... the way down to the brown paper bag that had me missing home (Chgo).
