Besides the missing waffle fries, the waffle fries that were ordered had more crumbs than waffle fries and very salty.... Condiments were ordered and only 5 condiments were with the order for 12 or more items ordered, sandwiches were very dry. Afingernail was found in a lemonade that was ordered. Someone needs to be doing quality control. This was all unacceptable. Triedcalling this location and the phone was not answered. I like this spot. Its fast and all but i HATE WITH A PASSION when I put an order in before 1030 and just because I haven't made... it to the restaurant by 1030 they cancel my order!! The order is placed way before 10 30-30 but then when I go back to thewebsite to put my parking spot number in it has canceled my order this has happened several times. I understand that they onlyserve specific during breakfast hours but dang yall could fulfill the orders already in. Smh Read more

Check your order before you pull away. Today must of been short the customer night. Car in front of me returned fries that I?m... sure were not enough and my order. I asked for a only strawberries and oranges fruit cup for my toddler. They literally emptiedthe fruit cup and left me strawberries and oranges. I had to tell two employee?s that I would pay the difference if needed butit took two of them to explain why they shorted my order. Yet charged me full pop for the medium cup. I could have done that myself!!! I finally just left. Terrible service. Will make the trip to Midlothian location before I return here. They actuallytake care of their customers. Just impressed with the work of this location. Always great smiling, courteous team all-round. Have had to go back a couple of... times in the last 9 years to get ketchup and obviously the Chick-Fil-A sauce that was not in our bag lol... wish they had theplayground open regularly like they did pre-covid.
