I wanted to give this place a 5 star but they gave me the wrong order. Luckily I wasn't to far when I stopped and checked my... bag. I came in Saturday evening. The waiter was attentive but the food wasn?t what it should?ve been. I ordered the Cajun chicken... pasta. Chicken must?ve been frozen bagged grilled strips. They didn?t bother to try to season it, the noodles were barely Aldente and the pasta sauce tasted like Aldi brand Alfredo sauce. The strawberry lemonade was obviously from the fountain butnever really got cold. Much like Hawaiian Punch. I wouldn?t even bother coming here if you?re looking for a half decent meal. Read more

Chilis use to b my FAVORITE go to place, BUT ever since this pandemic, NOT ONLY them other restaurants have went downhill in... service. I have NEVER had a bad experience w/my favorite dish: the southwest eggrolls OMGosh! I have tried to get EVERY managerat EVERY Chilis to sell me a case, lol! This Chili's location could make some improvements. It has been a while since I have eaten at Chili's and yesterday I was... reminded why. I give them 2.5 stars for service. The staff was nice and our booth was disinfected before we were seated. Thewaiter was training, but even he did a good job. The problem with our visit was the food. I believe we had the most simpleorder... 2 mango sweet teas, a order of loaded cheese fries w/ ranch, and the big mouth bites. Simple right! The cheese frieswas so hard...the cheese was burnt on top of the fries. Very well done platter...unpleasant to eat. The tea taste like syrup.The big mouth bites were okay. I didn't want to complain and give the trainee a difficult time because he was trying his bestand it wasn't his fault. Needless to say, this is why I should focus more on cooking at home. Great prices for even better food. Good drinks. Service was good but my only thing was that the waiter didn't ask if we wanted... refills, we had to flag him down, but no biggie. Had games to watch while eating with my family. The greeting and just plainacknowledgement from all employees even though they weren't our servers was a amazing experience. It's very family friendly andpeaceful. I will definitely bring my family and others back and happily spend my money. Read more
