Love Chipotle but this one is always late for online orders (and outright dropped my order once; they made me go back in line to... get it, all told about 40 minutes late). It's not very clean, and they blast loud music so you can't hear anything. The food isstill good at least. But maybe go to one of the other Chipotles in the area. Read more
Literally just went in for a pickup order, chicken wasn?t ready because apparently the whole staff was just standing up front... not looking for their cutting glove & no one asked my order name. They said 7min for the chicken ok cool, the manager passes outfree drinks which was nice but then 20minutes has passed by & she has to remind them I?m waiting after other customers have come& gone. Then she has to come & verify my name again because none of her employees have worked on my order. Then another guycomes & tells me the steak for my other bowl is going to be 20minutes. I spent a whole 40minutes in there on what was suppose tobe a 7 minute wait, there was steak ready when I arrived but no one bothered working on my order. I visit this location frequently because of convenience and the fact that I love the veggie bowl.I've noticed that the employees... are mainly teenagers or very young adults who could use a refresher in customer service and work ethics. However, for the past 3visits, I've literally stood in line for 30 minutes (time is calculated from the time I stand behind the last customer in lineto the time I step up to the counter to order).I've also observed employees announce they are out of something after customershave been waiting in line for a long period of time (resulting in the customer leaving, after waiting a LONG TIME). By far the worst chipotle experience I?ve had. The servers were rude, everything was out , they only accepted cash, the tables... were a mess. People were walking out. This location needs an over haul on staff. I don?t give bad reviews but this one wasneeded. Read more
The continued bad service is funny. The staff has turned at least 10 times, the store was closed and you all still can't get it... right. My food was over 15 minutes late and others who had ordered after me on the app got their food first. I am now waitingfor the limeade that was bone dry in the fountain sent an email advertisement just 8 hours ago about while my food is gettingcold after being made 15 minutes late. I had to go back to get something they forgot and had to ask multiple times for someoneto get the jug of limeade out the freezer, after leaving with a different drink because they could not be bothered when I askedand left the first time. They then refused to change the cup I had already consumed from to go back to the dispenser. Thenthere was even more time wasted because the machine had to mix the drink. This could have been done that thirty minutes I hadbeen there before. There are at least 6 employees here. It's disgusting. Food everywhere on the floor. Food is caked on thetables and on the serving area, trash on the tables. A customer came in to return the bowls in the photo that had been touchedby people and the manager. The employees and the manager laughed and sang and just left the food on the table for 30+ minutes.The other employees just left the other two mobile app associates to make multiples of orders and they had no customers in line.I wish they would close this place. The WORST one. ALWAYS dirty and ALWAYS "running out" of several food options more than 4 hours before they close. Literally... deserves a 0 all the way around. New management and MORE workers are needed!! On this trip - things I had to ask for.. 1. Toclean up the dining areas. Inside & out. I mean, it's visibly nasty. Tables & floor filthy. 2. Rice was welllll overcooked andmushy (the lady also agreed. Went to get more and that too was mushy) 3. There was no ice. And the malfunctioning machine youhave to PULL instead of push which means EVERYONES fingers will be INSIDE OF THE ICE DISPENSER! Unsanitary!! 4. Napkins, lidsand utensils were all OUT. Had to ask for those. They were brought out 10 mins later. 5. Bathroom.... dirty too. After being inline for over 40 unnecessary mins, the cashier told the lady to make a order that was processed just 10 mins ago, before mine?!People started ordering while IN the line & getting their food before everyone else lol. Also they tend to touch the foodafter working the register withOUT putting on gloves. This location S U C K S!!! I just CAN'T with this Chipotle. I don't know how it's still in business and this will be the last time I come here. Do they... even have a manager on site? Because everyone is walking around like they do not know what they are doing and rolling theireyes. The line has barely moved in 20 minutes. They're mostly kids working here and just chatting it up in the back. As you cansee in the pic, they are just walking around serving their own food instead of caring for the customers. How hard is it to putfood in a bowl? Yes, I would like to work here to show everyone how it's supposed to be done but I refuse to make $9 an hour.The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I like the food.
