My neighbor warned me to not order from this Cedar Hill location. We had to because of our favorite place had internet issues.... We waited over two hours for 3 pizzas. I called to check on the status and a third party answering service in India answers thephone. They forwarded my call to the actual store and nobody answered. I wanted to cancel my order and couldn?t even do that.It?s sad how bad the service has gotten. I will never order from this Dominoes again. And won?t recommend it either. Read more
Worst experience ever!!! Placed an order online and it said 40-50 minutes waited 2 hours and tracking said it was still being... prepared. Tried to call the store but got a message loop. Could not reach any live person to cancel my order. There is noactual way to speak with an actual team member. Domino's truly has the worst ordering system of all pizza places. Do not order from Domino's unless you want to wonder where your order is. Read more
This domino's use to be great and fast, but now it's slow and pizza doesn't taste the same any more. I placed my order at 8:43PM... eta for delivery was 60- 100 minutes. Which was fine, I understand it's was busy. By 10PM I went ahead and made my own frozenpizza and wings because I couldn't wait anymore. At 11:29 is when the pizza arrived. I tried to call and cancel my order becauseI had already ate, but no answer. This is ridiculous that I had to wait that long for my food. And to just send me an offer toget an extra pizza is a slap in the face because the quality and service is terrible. I am definitely done with this place. Read more
I ordered my pizza around 6:30p and it is 8:25p AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PIZZA. I am on a call with Dominos now to discuss the... status of my order but waiting for a team member to answer. The purpose of calling Dominos and placing an order is to allow meto focus on one task while food is being taking care of by someone else.....The only issue is.....I am STILL HUNGRY AND WAITINGON MY PIZZA. Second time I got a cold pizza in 2 weeks. today I placed the order at 4:35. 4:54 it goes to quality check. It is STILL sitting... in quality check. It does not take 40 minutes to quality check a pizza. It is now 1hour after I placed the order and it shouldhave been here 20 minutes ago.......it sat in quality control until 5:42. 48 minutes before it was sent out for delivery. Coldpizza.???????????? This is by far the best place to order pizza from.They also offer so much more like salads, pasta, sandwiches, chicken, and... desserts. They are the only place in Cedar Hill that gets my order right and is on time when I Order delivery. If I getcarryout, I'm always welcomed with a friendly greeting. I order my pizza at 4:30 I get there at estimated pick up time only to be told it's another 40 minute wait. I leave and go back... after 45 minutes. The guy behind the counter ask for the name, checks for it, sees it not there. He then proceeds to wait 20minutes before telling me it was stolen and say they will put another pizza in the oven. I ordered 5 pizzas over the phone and they said it would be 20 minutes. I arrived in 30 and they unapologetically said they... weren?t done and needed 10 more minutes. I left and came back and the same guy said the pizzas weren?t done yet and it would be10 more minutes. I said, ?That?s what you said 15 minutes ago.? Then he said, ?that?s before we got busy and said they wouldbe 20-30 minutes more.? He literally had the nerve to be annoyed with ME as if I had done something Then I said I wanted arefund and he said let me check if they?re ready now, and the ONLY guy making pizzas said it would be 10 more minutes.
