My family of four went there Friday night after my son's football game and the food was perfect- hot and just like we ordered... it. It was our waitress' serving night and she was phenomenal. Went this morning. Caelen was our server. She is the best server I have had in the 7 years I have been going to this restaurant.... 10/10 for Caelen. The service was horrendous and the food was inconsistent and of low-quality. The table we were seated at was also dirty. We... waited 40 minutes to a hour to finally get served our food with a practically empty restaurant. Our waitress overfilled mymilkshake, was aware of this, and did not bother offering napkins for the mess she made at our table until we asked for them.Our food sat in the pass for a good 10 minutes and was eventually served luke-warm. There's a clear difference in servicequality from last time I went as the pancakes as abysmally smaller and the tenders we were served were burnt. Extremelydisappointed because my last two visits were pleasant a couple of weeks ago and I decided to take my boyfriend's family here toeat good iHOP. Do not go to this location. I love this location. It?s clean. No wait for seating. The order came out looking exactly as it does on the menu and it was very... good. Our waitress was so happy and jolly if we were in a bad mood she definitely cheered us up.
