My husband and I just left Jason?s and we were both so happy with the customer service we received from Jon. We have lived in... cedar hill for some time and a lot of places do not have very good customer service but today we were pleasantly surprised withhow well Jon treated us. Excellent eye contact, explained things to us very well and was very patient while we decided what wewanted. He is amazing and Jason?s Deli should be very proud to have such an amazing employee. Last Friday, for the first time I dined in rather than using the drive-through. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and... comfortable it is inside. The manager took my order, and was so very delightful and helpful that I'm tempted to make this aregular Friday experience for me and my granddaughter. I regret that I did not get the manager's name,so I can commend herspecifically. Unfortunately she was not there this evening when I took my son who is visiting from his National Guard Duty onthe Texas border. The food was good, but not nearly as hot, delicious, or well-prepared. The service was also lacking. We had togo back several times to get our order complete. The workers were very nice, but not as attentive or good as listeners as onewould expect. My initial experience at this Cedar Hill location was so delightful, that I will try it again. If I can't get are-creation of that first experience, I will probably just periodically drive-through. Absolutely Horrible! I encourage anyone listening to AVOID this location. After waiting in the drive through line for 45 min I... was sold a sandwich where the bread looks like it should have been thrown out months ago.. Every item on the sandwich lookedweeks old. I purchased around closing and got home & this was the mess I saw. After driving all the way back to return thesandwich & voice my frustration I was then told I could not get a refund... & would I like them to remake. Absolutely NOT.. Asan update... I've already contacted Jasons Deli and got the answer machine. I left a message and no one has returned my calls. Ieven spoke with the manager of that store and he spent most of the time writing a google form stating that corporate would giveme a call as well as refund my payment.. Went on a lunch date with babe and loved it. We were there for lunch. The food was hot and fresh! The salad bar was fresh and... delicious ????...I will definitely be back lol Came back and it was ok. Salad bar wasn't that fresh. Saw one of the workers inthe bathroom with her gloves on and left with them on. Read more

Very upset with tonight?s experience! I ordered online at 8:38pm. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:48pm. I called to let... them know I was outside at 8:45pm. I waited and called back at 8:58pm and was told my order was just now being made. I waitedanother 20 minutes for my order to come out and it never did. I had to go inside and request a refund since I had been waiting30 minutes already. I was asked if I called to let them know and I advised I did. Management said sorry and processed my return.As I was waiting for her to complete the transaction, an employee walked up with my order. I asked her so was my order ever madeand she said yes it?s right here. I wasn?t offered anything for my inconvenience or for patiently waiting. I guess they willthrow the $40 worth of food I ordered in the trash or eat it themselves. This was not a good example of customer service in myopinion. Update: Just called and was hung up on. Some things need to remain the same, Jason's used to be a good spot years ago. It was closer to an authentic deli. You... sacrificed excellence for convenience. The quality has gone down. I ordered a simple hot corned beef sandwich and the young ladyentered a Ruben, cause she saw corned beef and kept asking did I desire Russian dressing. You also only have one rye now. MarbleRye only taste good on a Ruben, I enjoyed seeing management up front, communication in the kitchen. Read more

Ordering the food was quick and the food was good - so why did I give it just 3 stars - I had a to go order with my dine in food... and although the person bringing out the food kept looking at my number - he never checked to see why he was bringing out #76and we were #73. It took us standing in line approximately 30-45 minutes. Reason was all the normal main registers for dine-in were closed. Only... register open was phone/app/call in orders register, sign's stated and this is from memory "Register Closed - Due to socialdistancing and local restrictions". Funny thing most other fast food in Cedar Hill doesn't seem to have this type problem. Theway you decided to do this actually caused people to pass real close so the Social Distancing issue is not working. Anotherissue is every time a call in order came to pick up we had to let them jump the line and wait for them. Yes the line was almostout the door. We did get our food much faster than I was expecting, BUT both our sandwiches were only slightly warm and cold bythe time we were finishing. My wife likes her food hot not Luke warm. Staffing looked pretty full from what I've seen in thepast. This seemed to be a temporary heavy run on customers so the smart thing would have been put someone on 2nd register for ashort period of time.
