My wife put an order in for a cake yesterday and they said it would be ready by 2 pm today. My wife gets there to pick up the... order and no cake. So the employees call the owner and all he says is, sorry they didn't give me the order. Needless to say myson was disappointed since he was really looking forward to it. There are bugs inside and outside the ice cream display case. A couple of bugs were crawling out of the wood trim on the outside... of the display case. They need to shutdown and do a thorough cleaning. Read more

Visited store Sunday afternoon 3/27/22. Stepped in & immediately stepped back out. Store smelled like sour milk. Clearly staff... was not cleaning spillage. At some point "the suits" are going to figure out you can't run a service business understaffed &expect high level service. One exhausted kid cannot keep up up!! Read more

Flavors were muted. Store was dirty. Cones were stale. Employees did not wear gloves or wash hands often. Toppings were not... refrigerated. Tables were covered in chocolate. 3 employees and just my party, 2 adults 2 kids. I would understand if they werebusy. Read more

Marble Slab baby and it's GOOD.. We had a cash back deal from our bank so we thought why not. We both got a waffle cone and they... make them fresh there daily and they are soo extremely good. I got the Blue cotton candy and we got a raspberry flavored icecream and it was out of this world good. It's not a big place but just big enough to enjoy your refreshments. I am so glad thatwe stopped there and we will definitely be back for more and I highly RECOMMEND that you do the same. They have so many flavorsand options there are just too many to list. What a great place for ice cream. They will make up exactually what you want. Fast friendly, helpful service. Always fresh... ingredients. Usually not to busy. Might be the best ice cream in cedar hill. I wish they had more of a drink selection. Stop insoon. Read more
