Wanted a cookie cake for no reason at all. Got to the store and the young lady was very friendly and nice. Greeted with a smile,... even. However, the manager there is an absolute walking HR Nightmare! She was downright rude to her employee & called herdumb...stating "there's no way it's just a blank order". I then let the manager know that yes, it is a blank cookie and if shecould allow her employee to speak, she would know that. The young lady at the counter was so embarrassed and looked like she wasgoing to cry. She then said I could leave the store if I didn't like the way she ran it! I told her I was not going to leavewithout either the cookie cake or a refund. Simple as that. I got the cookie and left. I called corporate and they did not care.So, I took it to the Texas DOL for hostile work environment. The way she treats her employees is unacceptable and ridiculous. Nowonder there are reviews saying the front employees are rude. Look at their Leader. They are probably fed up! Gone are the daysof having to put up with that type of treatment because it's just "the way". I am sure this only continues because her employeesare younger and need a job! Read more

Great service. The manager is always so welcoming. She engages and makes you and your patronage seem valued. Visited again on... yesterday and decided to review regarding the consistency. What I ordered VS what I received from GAC through UberEats. I honestly can?t even complain. I ordered this for my boyfriend for... our 5 year anniversary. I called after placing the order for delivery through UberEats just to make sure they received the ordercorrectly. The woman I spoke to assured me that my cake would not be heart shaped because it took too long to roll the doughout, which was perfectly okay with me. My UberEats driver contacted me to let me know she was going to be waiting there for atleast 20 minutes as there was one woman working and a few ordered ahead of mine. I was in no rush to receive this, so that didnot matter to me. It arrived and I was shocked that it was heart shaped! That was a happy little surprise. I applaud the womanwho made and decorated my cake. It?s truly a one of a kind piece of art. Many have associated this individualized design with-The Bluth Banana Stand, a tribute to Bananas in Pajamas, a surf board, I love you to the banana and back, an interpretation of asummer squash, and the classic, ?This sh*t is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S? by Gwen Stefani. I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's birthday and set a scheduled time for pick up the store closed early and didn't notify... me but through email(I couldn't make it before they closed). The next day they closed early again(I understand closing early forthe safety of employees) but I didn't get a call or email to notify me of the closure. I call today and the lady that answeredstates she is the manager and before I can finish talking she says what do you want a refund or another cake. I try again toexplain the reason I'm calling but she is so RUDE I just ask for the number to corporate and she just hangs up the phone. I trycalling back several times and she doesn't answer and I have my wife call and she has forwarded calls to voicemail. This is avery terrible way to treat customers. I will not be patronizing this establishment again and I will let my friends and familyknow not to do any business with this location either. Read more

These cookies are the best and this location is also. The cookies are ALWAYS fresh and soft!!! The brownies are delicious too.... (I love the red velvet brownies!) Everytime I go Mrs. Paulette is there with a beautiful smiling face. The cookies in my photosare the sugar, cookies & creme, and peanut butter cookies. I'm an advocate for teenagers having jobs. I know with them you won't always get great customer service. So if you understand... that, you'll appreciate the cookies.
