Me and my bf love the chicken tenders here they are really good. But tonight when my bf came home with the food he was mad... because he tried to place the Oder over the phone and as soon as the cashier who was working tonight (11/21/2022 around9pm)answered she put him on hold right away which was not the problem. The problem was when he was driving up to the restauranthe was on hold the whole ride and when he got there (still on hold) the girl at the cash register was on FaceTime there was noone in that restaurant first of all and when he asked why she did that (tryna give her the benefit of the doubt) she wanted toact clueless. We don?t know who the manager so we didn?t know who to talk so hopefully you see this because she is playing withyour money while she still getting paid. Thank you . Read more
The girl was so nice and did a great job. The food was very dry. It tasted overcooked. Or double fried. Disappointed.
wouldn?t recommend going here, i went there last night for the first time?. the lady at the drive thru was rude and not to... communicative when it came to the menu. you pay all your money for little food. Read more
Very disappointed with the food. Ordered the 2 fillet 3 shrimp basket with a sweet tea. The sweet tea tasted like fish and the... fish was paper thin. I also had the dirty rice and it was good. Read more
I paid $22 for calamari and mixed plate platter with two shrimp. The calamari was so gummy it was like chewing rubber. The fish... and shrimp were over battered and fried. Was definitely not worth what I paid and will not be going back. Read more
Orders catfish blackened as well as fried. Very gummy in texture?I attempted to place in air fryer at home, Catfish was not... good. Now I questioning if it was catfish or tilapia. I called immediately eight my concern. I was told to bring the food backto restaurant and was given a partial refund because I didn?t bring back 100% of each order. How is that even possible if Iplated and had to taste it to learn it wasn?t prepared well.. (2) piece fillet isn?t a complete 2 piece? I returned on of thetwo and the entire blackened platter. The salad and fries is what we ate; fish was trashed. This is unfortunate customerservice because I normally get the family size orders for my family gathering and bless other families. Deeeeeeeelicious My Sis told me about this place so me and my Hubby decided to get out of the house and get some fresh air. We... ordered lemon pepper shrimp and fried mushrooms off the appetizer menu and also the lemon pepper wings and crispy wings and thecatfish fillets with more shrimp. We ate half the food on the way home it was good and hot. Don't forget to ask for extracocktail sauce and tarter sauce cause it is GOOD!!!! Read more
I ordered Chicken I love it! My pork chops I didn't care for the seasoning was piled on top and it was very dry over fried.... when I asked what comes with the meal I was told fries but they do have other sides available not sure if you can substitute Ialso tried the dirty rice it was old and really sticky stuck together like big chucks instead of fresh rice.
