I am very disappointed at this location, yesterday me and my family dined in and received very poor service. The store seems to... be ran by younger staff and the ladies do not know how to take accountability when they make mistakes. The first mistake wasbringing our foods at different times. I was there with my family the least you can do is bring our food out together. By thetime my daughter received her food, all our foods were cold due to waiting. Secondly, I repeated myself to the lady so manytimes about what I needed with my order since they didn?t bring it with my food. Thirdly, she started serving another familywhile I waited longer for my condiments that I specifically asked when I placed my order. Fourth, I was given unsweetened teainstead of sweet tea. When I asked to change my drink I was asked what?s wrong, I informed the young lady and received a nastyeye roll as if it was my fault. Lastly, the plates they served food on was dirty. Customer service is by far the worst. If employees don't won't to do their job's or having a bad day,day, should reconsider... their employment options. Don't take your anger out on the customers, we don't work with you. Also not to mention hygiene andappearance of some of the workers are the bottom of the barrel selection. I always get the king club. I never can eat the whole sandwich in one sitting because of how much it is. Also, try the Rachel... but on the ciabatta bread. The brookies are by far the best I?ve ever tasted as well. Read more
I ordered tge Stake and White Cheddar Sandwich to go - all I can say is where is the stake? The manager claimed there was 4 oz... of meat? Really? I don't see it at all. The Manager was also rude when I asked for a replacement. This is ridiculous don'tgo there! Read more
On the go and in the mood for a good sandwich from a nearby shop. Deciding to try McAlister?s Deli seemed like a good choice. ... It was in the vicinity and something new. Attempting to call in an order right after the lunch rush didn?t work. The decisionwas then made to order at the restaurant after being on hold for at least 5 minutes while en route. Choosing to go with thefull New Yorker (a corned beef and pastrami sandwich) turned out to be a good choice. With the amount of meat provided, the 1/2sandwich option would have worked well. Sandwich was missing the tomatoes, avocado and spring mix. The meat didn't cover the entire bread so it was like eating half a... sandwich at a whole sandwich price.
