Although it has a good taste the service is the worst! Today I went with my sons (2 years old and 6 years old) and I asked to... eat my ice cream inside the store because it was 105 degrees outside and the staff said no. Arrived at the store at 820pm and they literally locked the doors as we were almost to the door and refused to provide service... even though the store hours says 9pm. The store & staff have handled the pandemic regulations well! I love coming to this location and making my favorite mix of... Vanilla froyo + sprinkles, chocolate chips, coconut, cookie dough bites, strawberries, and caramel sauce and marshmallow sauceon top. The cakes are amazing, too...they can customize anything! Sitting out by the fountain with a cup of Menchies is one ofmy favorite get-together spots with friends! Read more

This is a small froyo store, still plenty of choices. Helpful staff. I love these but all of them are crazy expensive. My son... got a cup and loaded it with toppings, I got a cup about 1/2 full and a few strawberries but $16.00 ?! I probably will notfrequent another one of these stores again. I could have taken my son to the store and bought each of us our own carton of icecream and saved $8.00! Read more

This Menchie's is great! The owners/managers are kind and are often working hard behind the scenes at the store throughout the... week! The inside is clean, with several tables inside and out to seat all the families from the waterpark outside. Great to eatin any season. Yummy flavors to choose from, many of which are gluten-free. Topping section has many options and is very fresh.Make sure to try samples of the yogurt! They also make cakes! Customer service is great. I like the round setup. The customer service was remarkable,the staff is very friendly and welcoming. No sugar added on certain yogurts for those who... want to watch their figure. Numerous of toppings,adding a waffle is free of charge. Plan to return to this place,very delicious. Read more
