As soon as I entered I was immediately asked what I wanted. I told the lady to please give me a second as I wanted to try... something new. The employee then cut me off and asked if I wanted a bowl or plate. I explained to her I wanted the bing wrap andshe stated she did not know how to make it and continued to make me a plate I did not ask for. I told the cashier and luckilyshe knew how make it. This used to ve a good place, new manager is trying to penny pinch the Sriracha sauce!! I bought 6 plates of food and asked for... extra sauce. Came home to only 2 soy sauces and 2 Sriracha after i repeatedly asked for extra sauce. ( To the new manager, stoppretending you own any equity in this business, you're an employee.) Read more
They close at 9:30pm and had doors locked at 9:20pm. The last time I came my bowl was $8 and I gave them a $20 bill. Tell me why... I get $3 back. My change was suppose to be $11. Till I corrected. I love Panda but this location is eh. Read more
For starters I walk in and was not greeted appropriately. Ladies looked like they were working a rush when I was the only one in... line. Second of all the language barrier was definitely a concern from their employees. When I hit the road took a bite of theRangoon and it was super cold. The orange chicken had the appearance that it had been sitting there and was also really cold(why would they serve this). Literally had my fried rice scraped off the pan and still tasted as it was not yet cooked. Calledto let the manager Ailene know and definitely can see why the language barrier was there. I ordered beef and broccoli and they gave me old mushy broccoli. The food had NO flavor, some of the rice was hard smh. Idk... about these new owners?the food was better before they took over. Not going back!! Food was so disappointing!!! Read more

The customer service is mediocre, but sometimes certain workers are really rude. Most of the time the workers don't give enough... food to fill the containers up. You should get enough food to where you'll be full when you're finished eating. Read more
