I ordered rapid pick up and was told it was a 10 minute wait. I live 7 minutes from here, so I got there right on time. Was... inside already when they sent a message that they were behind. 3 minutes later, another message that my food was ready: it wasnot. I was sitting in front of the rapid food station the whole time. I didn't get my food for another 20-30 minutes. My foodwas cold by then, I don't know what the hold up was. Not the first time something like this happens at this location. Have hadmany wrong orders/ missing items. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Read more
I went to the Cedar Hill location for the 1st and last time. Long wait food was thrown together. I ordered a grilled cheese... sandwich and it was warm while bread with cheese. It wasn't grilled. It was horrible. I called back to speak to management aboutit and all I got was excuses. Never again at this location. Read more
Ordered via UberEats. We requested utensils but were given one fork and several knives... which is a problem when soup is part... of your order. Luckily for my husband, the soup consumer, his French onion soup had almost no broth in it so he was in fact,able to eat it with a fork. Weird. He said it was the worst French onion soup he's ever had. Part of my order was mac & cheesein a bread bowl. Instead, I was given a whole loaf of bread with no mac & cheese. The bread wasn't even hollowed out. The bagelswe ordered were hard as a rock and the cream cheese was flavorless and had a gritty texture. Very poor quality. We did receive apartial refund thru UberEats but really wish that UberEats didn't have to take the hit for Panera's bad service. Read more
I ordered 2 bread bowl broccoli cheese soup which is fabulous! I did not check my order because the order ticket was correct.... When is got home expecting yummy soup?.no bread bowls (was charged for them) and the wrong soup!! I live too far from the CedarHill restaurant to take it back. Very sad! Read more
Decided to try this place and what a terrible mistake that was. I purchased a full Cesar salad and one of their sandwiches,... totaling around $20+. The salad was a small salad that I can purchase at Wal-Mart for $2, yet their salad was the same size andcost about $10, with old lettuce, barely any cheese and maybe 6 croutons. The sandwich maybe $11 had 4 pieces of cut offchicken from a chicken breast, which is the wrong meat, no spicy mustard as it states, and just overall literally throwntogether. The lettuce on the sandwich had more color than the actual lettuce in the salad. This place always has a line wrappedaround it, for ppl to literally purchase poorly prepared food. Cashier was friendly, quick without rushing and helpful. Very clean. Food was good with nice presentation. Only complaint was I... could hear the kitchen loudly laughing and cursing from my window seat. I had the Baja chicken bowl and my son had the the pick2 grilled cheese and tomato soup. Read more
It was really busy when we went but the service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I ordered the half chipotle avocado... chicken sandwich with half a chili ranch salad and a large prickly pear hibiscus fresca. Highly recommend this combination! Read more
HEALTH HAZARD!! This place is absolutely disgusting on the inside! I cannot even believe this place hasn?t been shut down. Went... in at 2:45pm and by 3:35 I was asking for a refund because my order still had not been prepared. The woman working the expo saidshe had so many orders in front of mine she couldn?t even see my order. While I was waiting I observed food stuck all over thewalls. Literally had mold growing all over the soda machine; that was completely out of carbonation mind you. Rug at the frontdoor rug was so messed up, we witnessed about 10 people trip on it.
