Very unhappy,, the pizza was good, but it took more than an hour for them to make it. We called it in and was given a 20 minute... pickup time. We arrived at the time went in to pick it up, there were 3 people that were working, I could only see 2 of them oneof whom was making crust and the other was standing in a corner eating in plain view of the front counter. It took him 3 minutesto come to the counter and ask what I wanted. I told him and was told that they were very busy, and it would be 10 more minutes,it took an hour. This was the worst customer service from any PJ I have ever ordered from. Ordered was wrong due to a mix up with their call... center. Refused to honor the "guarantee" and processed to refer me to corporate and hung up the phone. Read more
The thin crust is way better than the regular crust in my opinion. It still doesn't compare to authentic NY style pizza.
I made an online order, then 10 minutes later received a phone call from the store. Informing me that they did not have a... delivery driver. I was paying cash, but they did have a 3rd party delivery service to deliver my order but I had to either payover the phone or come in and pick it up. I wouldn't have placed an online order for delivery is I would or could come into thestore. This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. The other times the order was wrong, the pizza wasn't squarecut like it clearly said on the receipt, or the delivery driver mishandled the pizza and it was folded in half inside the box.Zero stars. Don?t waste your money or time. Order pizza from another business. I understand there are staffing issues with many businesses... right now. However, staffing issues doesn?t justify lying. Our last few orders have gone like this: 1- We ordered pizza andpaid the delivery fee and a tip only to receive a call to tell us they wouldn?t deliver the pizza. I actually didn?t have amajor issue with the call, but they still charged the delivery fee and tip even though they said they?re reverse it. 2- Orderedpizza and waited over 2 hours past the scheduled delivery time. 3- Ordered pizza and waited 1 1/2 hours AFTER the scheduleddelivery time. Again, I understand there are staffing issues, but a little honesty and transparency would be nice. Read more
They were extremely busy this Friday night but the staff remained quite courteous. Our thin crust tomato sauce seemed to have... some piccante heat to it which we did not want. The pepperoni specialty pizza with standard crust was the best that I have inmany years! Service was quick, 20 minutes, compared to Dominos which I was told would take one hour. We will be back, but askingfor regular sauce. Read more
Horrible!!! Black delivery female driver harassed a disabled woman in car parked up front for mint dentistry... saying i was in... their reserved papa john parking spot. Took. photos of my car and complains to mint dentistry. Please note...their was no signvisible and when i questioned the employee...she moved the sign near my car. Y'all don't own parking spots!!! Work on customerservice and enforcing rules posted on your own door...such as WEAR MASK TO ENTER STORE!!! Isn't Covid19 precautions moreimportant than bullying a disabled woman over a parking space? Well, I tried for delivery. I called & found out they accepted my delivery order, but hove no driver for any deliveries. This... happened to me today on my birthday & I?m a female and I can not tell you how mean & clearly unhappy this worker was when Iarrived to pick up my meal that was supposed to be delivered to my door. He was so mean and so uncaring. I cannot believe heworks in customer service. But I told him I worked for his company, many years and how much I love to Papa John?s I just wantedto suggest a training opportunity for him to let the person know if the foods are not coming by delivery. He told me, ?can?t yousee that he?s alone here?.?!!! He open his arms and show me the store was empty without any other workers, and clearly he?sunhappy doing this job. Before I left, I felt so bad that I was apologizing to him, and I cried my eyes our as soon as I steppedout of the store. That man in that store is so mean and it looks like he had very good reason to be! I will never eat from thereagain, or anywhere the working people feel this badly &allows them to make their customers feel this bad too. I don?t wanna dobusiness with. I will never forget this experience with this worker. EVER. He has definitely made a lasting impression on me andit?s obvious that?s what he wanted to do. I hope this review is helpful. Read more
