Once again I tried this pizza hut location in Cedar Hill. And once again The food is horrible. You can tell they are not... following the mandate recipes. The amount of portions of meat?s you supposed to receive per portion are reduce when you add twoor more toppings. Pizza crust is never cooked fully and there customer service SNEAK! Don?t waste your money at this place.Little Cesar pizza is better that right down the street. Read more
This is habitually the worst delivery experience. Many times we order and the txt "out for delivery" comes with no pizza for... an hour or more. This time it was worse... 1:09pm order placed, 1:23 out for delivery txt, 2pm... no delivery, I call. Personsays "it left at 1:50" so I wait. I call back at 2:44, a rude manager named Savanna says why didn't you answer the door, I sayno one has been at my door. She say well he knocked and waited, left it on the table by the door. I have no table. My couchis right by the door and our door is open... nest door bell, eufy home camera, no way we missed him. So she puts me on hold for10 min I wait until I decide to call back. She picks up again and proceeds to tell me how it's my fault again... funny thingis... I had corporate on my wife's phone next to me listening to the whole conversation. Worst. Experience. Ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!! I placed an online order that was three pizzas and some cinnamon rolls. The app told me that... it would be 20 minutes. 10 minutes in and I get a call from that pizza hut. A high school worker told me that the manager needsme to pay for it over the phone because it's a $58 order. No one should be asked for their information over the phone!! I wastold they won't make it until I pay. So I had to go ahead and drive there and pay them and wait an additional 30 minutes for myorder. Several people came in and had problems with their order. One guest had been waiting over 40 minutes for boneless wings!!She wanted a refund and had to wait for a manager to come. It was a kid!! Who didn't know what he was doing! I'm done with thisplace!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered 3 pizzas and all were below average. My ultimate pepperoni had hardly any cheese. I realize... now why they ad pop you on every pizza to "cheese it up for an additional $3". I shouldn't see large areas of sauce! never mindthinking about a cheese pull. I paid $40 for 3 pizzas...They're charging more money for pizza and skimping on the toppings tomaximize profits. Can't believe all the recent 5 star reviews for this location. They're obviously fake reviews. Sams is theonly place to get an average pizza in Cedar Hill. I'm from Boston Ma so I know a good pizza. Read more
Do not order Pizza Hut boneless wings. They are the worst. We called the store to request a refund after they were delivered... and was advised we would have to bring the wings back. We ordered garlic Parmesan and this is what we were given. Read more

I paid $55 for my order. I got it about 1 1/2 hrs. It was cold, was not what I wanted and some of the slices were moved . I got... to take the food back to them an asked for my money back. They didn?t even asked me to replace my order back. It?s the secondtime I have the same experience in this place. Read more

I ordered the edge pizza bc it looks so appealing on tv. It stated toppings all the way to the edge. When I arrived to pick up... my pizza, it was anything but what was advertised. Along with being overcooked and burned. When I asked for it to be remade, thelittle young manager told me that's the way it looks and that the cheese is burned. I didn't request burned cheese wth.
