Staff is unprofessional and ignorant. Disrespectful to customers, lazy, extremely slow. They act like they are barely even aware... that they are at work. It was embarrassing. They need to be trained. Even the managers seemed clueless and like they wereputting in the bare minimum effort into the store. They should set up cameras with audio to show to corporate. 1st time here and loved the food & service! Lots of options and staff was amazing????. Realized I left my purse and contacted... them; they already had it for me. Amanda found it for me and was busy when I came back. Another staff member ( who's name Ididn't get) stopped during her lunch to assist me so I bought them both lunch ???? . First time eating here, today I went through drive thru. Customer service was great and although there was a long line, the... restaurant did a great job of getting through the line in a timely manner. 0 stars! Where do I start. Someone name ladarian took my phone order an i believe he might have been the cashier too. I asked... for a side of ranch, he says its in the bag, but of course, its not. I go to eat my food and my pizza is cut as if a toddler cutit, no meat mostly cheese maybe 3 jalapenos. This the 3rd time they jacked up my food and today my patients has ran out.
