I always appreciate when the GM will offer to remake my smoothie to make up for a previous visit that didn't go as planned.
I put in my GPS drive thru Smoothie King And it directed me to this one. Google maps clearly said that it was a drive-thru.... It?s clearly not. Get it together google maps. ???? 1. Had to wait 5 minutes to get helped 2. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get my smoothie 3. Cup was not full by .5 inch It is... ridiculous to have to wait 15 minutes for d*mn smoothie. Poor service. Period. Read more
The smoothies had gotten better but service is going backwards. I ordered a Chocolate Peanut Power Plus, 20oz this morning and... it was horrible. It was way to thick, dark, was missing the dates and milk. It was hard to drink from the straw. I felt like Ijust threw away $6. I should not have to drive to Grand Prairie for a decent Smoothie and better service. Read more
The smoothies typically taste pretty good but the attitude of one short bright skinned black lady behind the counter was... unnecessarily rude. I asked if the protein1 had whey and she quickly answered no but when waiting for my order i read the backof the can of protein on the retail floor i saw that both whey and soy are in the mixture. I had to give my smoothie awaybecause i cant have the whey and i prefer not dealing with bad energy. They really need to handle the issue of service andknowing the products with employees. Read more
If I could give zero stars and post I would. There is a sign on the door that a face mask covering the mouth and nose is... required to enter. It is also on a board when you step in the store, yet as I sat there waiting for my drink, this young manenters, holds a discussion with others waiting for their orders, stands in line and picks up a couple drinks at the register.All while talking on his phone without a mask. Nothing was said by management. If you are not going to enforce the rule, thendon't post the sign. If you are going to give preferential treatment to individuals who you may know, then realize you areputting the public and yourselves and your family at risk. Business owners are expected to enforce the regulations and it shouldnot be up to customers to do it for them. You want our business, we want your trust. Lovely staff, great environment and DELICIOUS smoothies! I usually get the Original high protein, trying to get them #gains!... Also, they're hiring right now so if you're awesome and LOVE smoothies get over there!! (Side note, next door is McAlister's,also hiring) also, SK has a prenatal vitamins smoothie enhancer! Go here almost 3 to 5 times a week for post workout smoothies. Usually not a line to place your order. Average wait while... smoothie is prepared is 3 to 5 minutes. Staff is very efficient, quick and knowledgeable. Read more
