I'm giving five starts. Delicious, fresh and moist. Excellent service. I had the 1/2 rack BBQ ribs with Mac & Cheese and pinto... beans on the montly special $17.99, and it was delicious. The pinto beans were kind of plain, but reminded me of home. I'mgoing to go back to this restaurant definately. Good job, Soulman's! Read more
If I could rate lower I would because this just happened! Aug 27,2022 at 4:50 pm. Only me and my husband in line for food... order and the two men working behind the counter never acknowledged us! My husband spoke and they still never said they wouldbe with us nor did they ask for our order. No one else was in line....we waited a few more minutes then walked out. This place has the worst service. I spent around $140 on a pick up order. When the guy gave me my arder it didn't seem right. I... asked him is this everything? He said yes, you can double check. Which I did and was missing the mac & cheese, the buns, themush potatoe, and the barbecue sauce. How can they possibly miss so many things. Went back and told them. This time I trustedthey put everything in the bags. I got ribs, sausage, brisket and ham BUT I DID NOT GET THE BARBECUE SAUCE. Hopefully I neverhave this place as a last option again. Read more
Easy to find establishment off the highway. I kinda wish the meat man would cut a smile at the customer's to say the least. 4... outta sight meals and half rack of ribs ordered from here folks. All I can say is that half rack of ribs were the best and notdry. When the meat dude pulled out the brisket, it looked like old zombie meat. The brisket meat was dry and the bbq saucecouldn't drown the meat enough to save it. I had Mac and cheese and boy was it stale. Got mash potatoes as a replacement side.My main complaint would be the sandwich itself, they downsized the hoagie to a hot dog bun size and I remember when they werenot shy about the portions. I've visited this location a number of times for a number of years. My experience this weekend was nothing short of... disappointing. My order was relatively easy - 2 sides, chopped beef. Apparently chopped beef is the new blended because that'sexactly how the meat turned out. It wasn't warm, not sure how fresh, a lot of fatty pieces, and chopped down the size of baconbits. BBQ was ok, service was slow and "bland" ( the only word that comes to mind). I did like the option for a keto (low carb) meal... here. They have a bbq bowl and I got beef, pork, green beans and cabbage in mine. Read more
Had a craving for stuffed potato and opted for SoulMans Bbq and it didn't disappoint. Been here before but wouldn't say I'm a... regular. Service: very good, friendly staff, order was correct and hot. Potato: hot, FULL of meat as per the pic, n cheese;wasn't overcooked which is very important.
