I ordered in the app and the staff was changing the orders depends on his numbers and 3 costumer next to me had their orders... before me! I got up to ask why and the staff told me that they had the orders that way, that it was not their fault and 30minutes later they delivered us the really horrible and tasteless drinks, the staff needs training please. Unfortunately, this location has declined over the past few years. Today, I went in to get my to go order and there were... multiple flies all around the food pick up area. This establishment showed a lack of customer service. Give service to the last car who is in line 20 minutes prior to your... closing time. The two young ladies in the photo literally said "And?! We're closed now and we've thrown everything away". Ihonestly find it hard to believe they threw coffee away if hasn't been ordered. I would have been completely fine if thereattitude was completely different. They served the car in front of my daughter and I and also gave them two free breads afterthe gentleman started yelling at them?!!
