two girls working today at 5pm arguing about who is going to do cold bar and who is doing hot bar. Walking around as if there... isn?t a line. Girl who finally decides to do the drinks starts making them way out of order. All I wanted was a Pink Drink. 20minutes later I walked out. Absolutely ridiculous and clearly those two should not work together. Couldn?t sit around and waitany longer as I have somewhere to be. Lost my money but not worth it. One of the girls was complaining about the ?difficultcoffees and this is the 50th one today? right in front of guests too. Read more

Nice and calm atmosphere. My barista was amazing and she made my drink ON POINT. The only downfall was their stock of cups, mugs... and tumblers. Very disappointing. Other than that it was great as always Read more

Got my order incorrect. Was craving Starbucks all day with my whip cream on top, and they were out of whip cream and didn?t even... let me know until after they made my drink and I paid. The two teenage workers were just talking rather than paying attention tomy order. Overall the drinks sucked. I will definitely go to another location next time. Read more
They didnt really know what they were doing ( maybe a new cashier) but when i ask the girl about strawberry inclusions , she... informed me that they arent actually a starbucks and was horribly rude , I wont go back there ! Read more
Updated review! Went today, 6.2.22, and Chris was the only one on duty. He handled it with grace and a smile! I asked for a Chai... latte with oat milk and asked very nicely if he would make sure nothing with regular milk touched it because I wasn't going home????. He did it with a smile and as he pulled the items needed he told me along the way that these items were not used. It wasfantastic!!! He deserves a bonus Starbucks! As other customers walked up he used his fabulous customer service skills and letthem know that he would be right with them. My drink was fab and this is the best service! Read more
