When I got to the window the man said something to me but I didn't understand him so I smiled and told him what I ordered so I... guess he got offended by my smile and he said to me" I don't play with nobody, don't play with me" and he told the workerssomebody at this window trying to play with me. So I told him I wasn't playing with you, I just didn't understand what you said.So after that he tried to be nice and give me the customer service he was suppose to in the first place. I have never receivedservice like that before because I smiled, they really need to teach the workers how to respond to people especially the onesthat are being nice to them. Read more
Young lady at drive thru was so polite and very professional. With customer service like that. Yes, I would definitely go back.
The tenders are good! I got an 8 pc dark and large fries for my family all is good
Do not waste your money here. Ordered two piece dark. Was very salty and greasy. Livers were overcooked to dryness with 50%... of breading fallen off. Chicken tenders were not tenders. They cut breast across the grain to a tender like shape. They werefried to the point where they were so dry you could not bite through. Think chicken jerky. Again 50% crust missing. ?StuffedPeppers? were chopped up jalapeño in cheese goo, breaded and frozen. Yuk. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh?BUT sometimes you get old chicken. AND they always leave out... your peppers so be sure to check. Read more
My wife had to wait almost 30 min for our meal. The employees were getting in and out of a car that could have been a friend of... theirs. When they should have been working. No chicken was ready; you think!!! The second time they had us to drive to the frontwhich was understandable. They brought out a half order, we told him, "this isn't all of the order." He asked, for our receipt;took it in and never came back. Another guy brought the rest of the order, when we asked, for the receipt, he said, "Oh". I don?t know why I keep trying this location , they have a lot of people working there playing and making sure their friends get... free food . They don?t care about the customers and the long line in the drive thru. I?ll make that drive from cedar hill to goto the one on 67 and red bird , better customer service and fresh food . Read more
Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes once I reached the speaker box I was told to order at the window instead!? Once I made it to... the window the Mexican lady says we have no chicken , I?m practically working by myself and we are under staffed!?!? Waited inline 35 minutes for nothing!!!! BS Read more
