We drive through this McDonald?s on our way to my sister?s fancy rich house and the quality of the people working here is... outstanding compared to our normal location. There is a manager there, I wish I knew his name, but he keeps his cool under all sorts of pressure. I've seen them so busy... that it takes 45 min to get an order. Needless to say customers weren't happy. I could tell that he was doing all he could toget people their food, putting up with their comments and still being kind. He has gone above and beyond in my mind. Wish Icould give him direct credit, he deserves recognition. Read more

They consistently get orders wrong during busy hours. It happened before and it happened just barely. The only recourse you can... take is by going in and having them fix your order or cash refund. I had driven back to my home and that?s when I saw my orderhad been messed up. It?s not worth an additional 20 minutes of driving for two McChickens or a $5 refund. Please find additionalways to fix the issues for your customers. Read more

Originally upon ordering for multiple employees I received one sandwich that was supposed to be a double and turned out to be a... single, what was super cool about this experience? Was we knew we couldn't leave work cuz our lunch was over but we decided tocall anyway and see how this location would be able to fix the issue, honestly I was very surprised and they were super cool atgetting us another burger to correct the mistake. The general manager Sean personally delivered it to our office so we didn'thave to leave and come get it. We really appreciate this location's attention to fixing issues with customers proving they areworth going to time and time again. Food was hot upon arrival. Average fast food experience. They keep the drive thru moving steadily but this one in particular struggles with getting orders... for people who come inside the restaurant. It took around 45 minutes for a couple burgers and fries when I was inside but in thedrive thru it's average. Its ice cream machine is constantly out of order, and the McCafe machine for coffees and what not isalso out of order sometimes. You can get any size soft drink for a dollar though which is pretty cool. Not unique to thisMcDonald's however. My buddy worked there for their first job and was not impressed with the way he was treated there. Heswitched to Walmart. Read more

I went through the drive through here and they served me a HALF EATEN BIG MAC! I have never been more disgusted in my life. The... manager assured me that ?no one eats in the kitchen? but surely they did and served me the rest! ???? will not be back hereagain. Read more
