I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes, not an exaggeration. I ordered one drink. I don?t ever go to this swig, it?s a bit out... of the way, but I?ve never experienced slower service, especially not for a drink drive thru shop. The drinks are great, butthis particular location is SO slow that it?s not worth it. Read more

This has become the WORST Swig around. Today we sat in line for an unnecessary 10 extra minutes while the employees all came out... and fawned over the cat in the car in front of us. (Isn?t petting a cat on the job a health code violation??) They didn?t eventake their order for a good 5 minutes into the conversation. And there was no one in front of that car, but 8 cars behind us.And then they sat and chatted at the window AFTER the guy had already received his drinks. Mind you we had an appointment thatwe were then LATE for because of this unprofessional behavior. And this is not a rare occurrence. There is ALWAYS someone ormore than one someone standing around doing absolutely nothing while a couple of employees are running around trying to get itall done. And I could tell you exactly who your lazy employees are. Management needs to get a grip on this location. Service isAWFUL here. Read more

Probably the worst swig experience I?ve ever had. I was one of two people in line and it took over 20 minutes to get my order... because one of the employees was too busy talking with her boyfriend who was in the car in front of me for literally 20 minutes. It wasn?t until I said something that they moved. Probably would?ve talked for another hour if I hadn?t said anything. Drinkswere great, and I love swig, but this location has terrible service. Read more

Customer service here is great and they are pretty quick at getting through all the orders. The points system seems almost... pointless however since so many points does not equal very much. Not this locations fault though. I enjoy coming to thislocation over others however as they do seem faster than others. Read more

This location started out so well, and I suppose it's my fault for continuing to provide my patronage; but yikes, how hard is it... to get an order right? Every. Single. Time. Please keep the ice out when we request no ice. Please give us sugar-free itemsas requested. Please provide sparkling when we ask for it. Wrong-every single time. On the flip side, the employees havehustle. Oh well. Read more

We are from California and every time we go to Utah we are excited to go to Swig. We usually have a wonderful experience, but... this morning was the opposite. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, we received our order. We ordered four drinks alldiet. We received seven drinks. We let them know we only ordered 4 drinks. We asked if we were charged for 7 and she told us no.We also added 2 orders of pretzel bites. We continued on our way to Salt Lake and we were all disappointed with our drinks. Werealized they were not diet sodas and the pretzel tasted like microwave freezer burned bread. Then to make it worse, when welooked at our credit card statement we learned that we were charged for seven drinks. We spent one $31 for an order that wecouldn?t drink or eat. One positive thing I can say about this experience is the staff was very nice and polite butunfortunately that disinterested matter too much when we had to throw all our food and drinks away at our next stop. The kids working at this location are the best. David took our order and then Cadence worked the window. Both were polite,... friendly and fast. Read more

Love this place. The staff is super nice and Ive never had to wait too long unlike other soda shops. The strawberry breeze is... easily my drink. It?s like the Starbucks pink drink but better! (Yeah that?s right I said it. It?s better than Starbucks) Read more
